Using a URL to log a user out of a developer web app and redirect to another URL

I have an app that all works fine for authentication and it uses Oauth2 (Google).
Now, I am struggling with the logout URL for this app. It works, but I am under the impression that it is possible to logout of it and remain logged into my gmail account please? Currently, ALL accounts are logged out of so the two gmail accounts need to go through login each time the app is used and log out is pressed.
I have read that this is possible but this is the URL that I am using to Log out
https://www.google.com/accounts/Logout?continue=https://appengine.google.com/_ah/logout?continue=http://news.bbc.co.uk
I am sure it can be done because I did it in a former role but do not have the code!

IOS Captive Network Assistant stuck on "cancel" even though CAPPORT authentication was successful

We are trying to implement a login flow for a public Wi-Fi. With Android and Windows devices the login flow works perfectly.
With IOS (15) devices the Captive Network Assistant does not complete. In the upper right corner the Cancel button does not change to Done even though the authentication was successful.
Our login application is a Single Page application. Therefore the user is routed to the welcome page after login. When we do a manual reload of the page the Button changes to done.
We use the Captive Portal API (CAPPORT) to identify the access point as captive portal.
I think the following issue is related to our problem: https://community.cisco.com/t5/network-access-control/cisco-ise-3-1-sponsor-guest-flow-and-apple-cna-issue-cancel/td-p/4500187
Is there a possibility to get the state to done without reload?

Facebook login on Apple CNA

Questions:
Is it possible to set up Facebook login for use in the CNA?
Does CNA documentation exist for developers?
Can you debug the CNA screen using any developer tools?
Details:
I have created a captive portal login page that uses an email submission form or a Facebook login button. The login button uses javascript as documented on Facebook's developer resources to open a window and log the user in.
Testing:
CNA: Clicking the Facebook sign in button redirects to the facebook login, after multiple clicks. Facebook login page allows submission of username and password but does not generate these entries from cookies. After submission, the page is blank and login is not completed.
Full Featured Browsers: In Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc. the social sign is functioning and works as expected. All browsers redirect the user to the login page, the user may use the email submission button or the social sign to authenticate on the hotspot and redirected to a landing page. The problems only occur on the CNA.
Research:
Forums threads state that it's impossible to use Facebook login in this way but I'm not sold because Social Sign In seems to be doing exactly what I'm proposing. They claim to accomplish the login without using apps so I have to assume their using either a CNA browser or launching Safari directly. Some javascript is functional in the CNA but I'm unable to track down resources to explain exactly what the capabilities/limitations of the CNA are.
Thanks for any help on this issue

Unity Facebook SDK - Strange FB.Login() Behavior in iOS App

I'm working on connecting an app to Facebook using the Facebook SDK for Unity. The process seems to be working fine except sometimes if a new user tries to use Facebook to login the FB.Login() doesn't ask them for permission to use their birthday and email.
Im using this call for the login:
FB.Login("email, user_birthday", AuthCallback);
and in the Facebook app dashboard, under permissions I added email and user birthday.
What seems to be happening is the first time the user goes to use the Facebook connect and hasn't ok'd the permissions on the login yet when they sign in a dialog pops up in the Facebook webview as them to authorize my app for "friends list and public profile" they hit ok and then my login process fails because I need access to the birthday and email. If they hit my login button again then the FB.Login() function runs again bringing up a second dialog asking for permission to use email and birthday, after they ok this my own login works fine. The other option is to hit the home button on the device reopen the app hit the Facebook connect button again and this time the authorization dialog has all four options "public profile, friends list, email, and birthday"
I followed the docs at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/unity/ for the connect process so I'm not sure where I went wrong.
Any insight into this would be helpful. Just unsure of where to continue looking I have exhausted most of my debugging avenues but I'm new to the Facebook scene, so it's possible i missed something.
Thanks for any help in advance.
EDIT** I'm using Facebook SDK version 4.2.1 and Unity 4.2.0f4
