I am currently in charge of developing an iOS delivery driver app for our company. What are some available (preferably Free) Turn-by-Turn SDK's or tools. We don't have many drivers so it would be limited usage of the service. I have done some research on Google Maps iOS SDK and have spoken to them as well over the phone. They do Not offer their Turn-by-Turn capabilities within a third party app.
Thanks
You can a solution based on OpenStreetMap, like the Scout SDK, that allows you to embed turn by turn directly inside your app.
For android: There are no turn-by-turn SDK's/tools currently available that you can use within a third party app. Your options are to build your own, or launch an app like Google Maps or Waze with parameters like start/end locations.
Try https://www.mapbox.com/ both for iOS & Android.

I am looking for plugins to communicate with beacons in Flutter, like CoreLocation and estimote SDK in iOS. I don't want to use native code integration in my application. Does Flutter provide any plugin for this purpose?
Currently Google Flutter doesn't support Bluetooth. But you can check out this plugin: FlutterBlue
FlutterBlue is a bluetooth plugin for Flutter, a new mobile SDK to
help developers build modern apps for iOS and Android.
FlutterBlue aims to offer the most from both platforms (iOS and
Android). Using the FlutterBlue instance, you can scan for and connect
to nearby devices (BluetoothDevice). Once connected to a device, the
BluetoothDevice object can discover services (BluetoothService),
characteristics (BluetoothCharacteristic), and descriptors
(BluetoothDescriptor). The BluetoothDevice object is then used to
directly interact with characteristics and descriptors.

Could you guys please advise me if I am able to code some even simple apps with use only iPad? Is there any IDE available on this device? What it's name?
For example I need to prepare app connecting by Bluetooth with some devices and reading some informations from those ones and then displaying informations in my app.
I will appreciate all tips as long as I am new apple user.
Regards,
Hubert
No. You need a Mac. You can develop something called Playgrounds on your iPad but that's it.

I have developed a website, and now I would like to transform this website to an iOS application.
There is a tool in Android which is called "Website 2 APK Builder" which does what I want. I don't know if there is something similar in iOS.
If not, how could I do this, without using any framework if possible?
Apple doesn't allow apps of this type. If your app is just wrapping a web site, they will reject it. Here is a quote from their list of app rejection reasons:
Your app should be engaging and useful, and make the most of the
features unique to iOS. Websites served in an iOS app, web content
that is not formatted for iOS, and limited web interactions do not
make a quality app.
So, forget about wrapping your web site into an iOS app. Your options are to create a native iOS app from scratch, or you can optimise your web site to give iOS users the best possible experience when using your site through Safari.
I should point out that frameworks exist for building hybrid apps, which are cross-platform apps built in HTML/CSS/JavaScript but packaged inside native apps and distributed as native apps. The Cordova framework or its derivatives such as PhoneGap and Ionic allow you to build apps this way. Apple still won't allow you to just wrap a random web site though, you have to create something which "feels like" a native app.

This could be the most stupid question, but I swear I cannot find where and how to download the Mobile SDK on the HERE website.
I only found where to download the documentation
Also, what is the difference between the Hybrid and the Online version of the sdks?
Correct, The SDK is only available for Download by contacting the Here Team currently.
The Basic difference between Hybrid and Online would be Offline capability with Hybrid version whereas Online requires an Internet connection always.
On this link at the bottom https://developer.here.com/native-apis
Platform Availability
HERE Mobile SDK is available for Android and iOS platforms, for Business and Mobile OEM customers, the HERE Mobile SDK for Tizen is exclusively licensed to Mobile OEMs. For more information or to receive access to the HERE Mobile SDK please contact us.
Seems like you have to contact them before you can use their SDK
Click on the below link to download Here maps mobile SDKs for android and iOS:
https://developer.here.com/plans/mobile-sdk
Hybrid version will work both online and offline modes whereas online version will only work in online mode. You can download the maps with Here mobile SDK and then you can navigate to the places without internet. In hybrid version app will switch to offline automatically whenever net is not available.
Note: Currently there are two types of mobile SDKs are available
1.Starter Evaluation(90-day free trial) : We cannot download maps with this. Hybrid mode will not work here.
2.Premium Evaluation(90-day free trial) : We can download maps.

I am new to iOS programming. On Android we can use the platform icons, like the ones shown on Android Asset Studio:
http://romannurik.github.io/AndroidAssetStudio/
Is there a place where I can find the platform specific iOS icons? Are they somewhere in the sdk?
I am talking about platform specific icons, like in Android there is a standard share icon, battery, wifi, rotation lock, etc. Is there such a thing for iOS? Does Apple provide icons that we can use inside our app, like a pause button, share, etc?
I'm using sketch app for mac os with this template: http://www.sketchappsources.com/free-source/281-ios7-icons-natives-and-basics.html .
I don't know if its useful for you.
