I integrated iAds in my app, however I am not sure how to check the iAd revenue. In iTunes Connect, I don't seem to find any place to find my revenue. From research about the new iTunes Connect, few posts suggested https://iad.apple.com/
But when I try to login with my developer Id, it just loops back to the same login page again without any errors or anything. I have tried Safari 8.0.2 and Firefox 37.0.1
Does anyone else have this issue? Or do I need to do something special to get access to the site?
You should be able to see any income / revenue on the Sales & Trends or the Payments sections.
You should some more research before asking though...

I'm trying to set up an auto-renewable subscription in App Store Connect. Whenever I try to set the price (by clicking on the + sign next to Subscription Prices, the pricing pop-up loads for a second and then I get a message saying "There was a problem retrieving the data for this page. Please try again".
Worse, I can't even update the price for subscriptions in existing apps. If I try, the same thing happens.
I've searched online for answers but all I can find is a lot of developers complaining about the same issue, which apparently has been going on for months.
Does anyone know a way around this?
I found a solution. I switched from an Admin user to an App Manager user and it worked.
I signed up for a developer account that's now become active. I'm trying to follow the in-app purchase tutorial here.
The tutorial asks me to ensure I've accepted certain criteria in Agreements, Tax and Banking, but when I click on that, I see the header of the page loading briefly and then get redirected back to the iTunes Connect home page (see images).
Is this a known issue, and how should I proceed?
I've tried Chrome (70.0.3538.110) and Safari (12.0.1 (14606.2.104.1.1)), but the same thing happens in both. I've also downloaded the AppStoreConnect app for iOS but that doesn't seem to include administrative sections.
I have iOS app and several ad campaigns for it. I build URLs for each campaign in iTunes connect (according to that guide) and it looks like that:
https://itunes.apple.com/app/apple-store/id0000000000?pt=0000&ct=&mt=8
Everything is OK and I can see statistics in App Analytics in iTunes Connect.
But is there any way to get campaign ID inside my app? I want to track that particular user install my app by clicking at some banner or link in newsletter and so on.
Thanks in advance.
Unfortunately, this is impossible. Apple prevents it.
There is a company that has patented one way to do it for advertising campaigns. It's expensive www.appsflyer.com
The "new" iTunes only gives you some information: https://www.nerdery.com/blog/itunes-connect-analytics-revolutionize-ios-app-marketing/
I'm developing an iOS app for companies that will help them track their sales rep's progress throughout the day. Tracks a lot of different info and helps with time management, etc.
The service requires that a company sign up for the service through the website. Then they will have their sales reps download the app and sign in using their company account/login information.
So if a general user downloads the app, without first signing up for the service, the app won't work.
Is this a problem? I can't find anything in the iOS documentation and Apple Developer Support is no help.
Does Apple require the the user be able to create an account within/through the app itself? Do I need to provide some kind of content to someone who downloads the app but does NOT have a membership? Like in the login screen?
Any input you might have would be helpful.
Thanks,
Because you are having a sales rep login with company info, I would imagine that when the app first launches, there will be a login screen. And most login screeens have hyperlinks like "Create an Account" and "Forgot Password?" That redirect users to a website in safari
Nothing you described seems to violate Apple's terms of service. You should be fine and your app should be approved. But then again, Apple always has the final word.
We'd like to display our own customers' ads in our iOS App. Do you think Apple tolerates it?
Like if we'd advertise a canadian mobile carrier ou something? I had one app rejected lately - Lost a lot of time and money so I don't want to end up with nothing again. I checked in the documentations but haven't found anything.
The concept would be popping up an ad when the user clicks on a list item, before the download of the associated file (mp3). I think they might find it "invasive" behavior or something. So if you have any informations, I'd be more than happy to read it.
Yes, it is allowed by Apple to use your own/customer advertisements and shouldn't endanger the approval of your application by Apple.
