In the new iTunes connect I can't add new languages in my new version of my app like the previous version of iTunes Connect in the "Version Information" page.
How to add new languages?
See the screenshot
Thanks.
EDIT:
OK If you scroll down you can discover new languages.
I don't see any scrollbar if you don't scroll by the way.

I am trying to change the screenshot of app published in itunes without creating new version of it?
When i log in to itunes and see my app meta data, I am not able to find edit option for screenshots.
I am new to mobile app as the current app was done by another developer.
Mine is web app not native mobile app.
If I create new version does it make users to log in again?
Should i upload the build again for the project?
I would like to know the impact of creating a new version like how long does it take to see the new screenshots.
You can't change screenshots of a live app, you need to create a new version. (https://developer.apple.com/library/content/documentation/LanguagesUtilities/Conceptual/iTunesConnect_Guide/Chapters/ReplacingYourAppWithANewVersion.html)
Officially web apps are not allowed on the store. Make sure your new version adheres to the store rules, specifically 4.2.
If you replace an existing (native) app with a new web app, I'm 100% sure that users need to log in again.
Yes, you need to create a new version / build and upload it to iTunes Connect. Then you can upload new screenshots as well. After that, you can send the app to review, which usually takes 1-2 days.
I have an app, written in JavaScript and built into Objective C by http://cocoon.io
In other words, I can not edit the C files of the build. Now, I want to do the simplest thing on the world - to add translated app description in multiple languages. On the play store all I need to do is to select and add a new language from the drop down menu and add the corresponding description.
On apple, however, from what I read, I need to set the list of languages available in the drop down from the build. I can't express enough how silly is this!!!
In the iTunes store on the "Localizable Information" language drop down I have only and only English.
Any workaround about this?
Thanks!
As far as I understand your question, you just want to add localised App Store descriptions for your app. This works similar in iTunes Connect as it would with the Google Play console. (It's different if you want to localise your app itself. For more info check the official guide.)
1) Log into iTunes Connect and choose your app
2) Click on the languages dropdown on the right - default shows your primary language - and click on the little blue "+" to add languages.
3) You can now add specific/translated metadata for the new languages. (App description, keywords, marketing URL, support URL; even screenshots if you wish)
Few notes:
There is no "automatic" translation service integrated into iTunes
Connect. You need to manually get the metadata translated and insert
it on iTunes Connect.
You can only add new languages, when your app
is in an editable state. If your app is currently on the store, you need to add a new version to add new languages to it.
Find more information on what you can localise and which languages are available at the iTunes Connect Developer guide: https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/LanguagesUtilities/Conceptual/iTunesConnect_Guide/Appendices/AppStoreTerritories.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40011225-CH18-SW3
My app has been waiting for review for more than 8 hours now. I want to reject the current binary and submit a new binary but the "Reject this binary" link fails to appear. I tried to delete the browser cache, cookies but that dint help. Tried using firefox, safari and chrome with no success. Even the iTunes connect mobile app does not provide me the reject this binary button.
I found similar threads here like this one - reject this binary in new itunes connect UI but those people were able to reject their binaries through the mobile app unlike me.
Anyway knows how I can fix this?
This is what I see on my iTunes Connect page
In the "Build" section of the page "Versions":
Right click on the current version
Inspect Element
Remove "ng-hide" from the class of the tag:
Click Remove
Select new build
Save
Seems like, the method removeBuild() has no any checking of the isEditable value.
How I can see the release dates of the previous versions of my app in AppStore/iTunes Connect?
I had shipped several updates in the past and I would like to know when exactly I uploaded them etc.
I checked everywhere and I cannot find any information about the release history of the app there.
Is it just me or AppStore Connect lacks such a basic feature?
It's available in iTunes. Just search for your app click on the Show All Version link.
Since the redesign of ItunesConnect this has moved to Pricing and Availability. Here you will find Last-Compatible Version Settings where you can selected the available versions.
Go to Google and search for "<app name> App Store"
One of the first results should be the App Store page (on itunes.apple.com). Click it
Click "Version History" in the What's New section
View detailed historic release notes, version numbers, upload dates
Follow the steps to track your all app version release to App Store.1. Login using your developer account credential.
2. Choose My Apps from all available services.3. From all available apps, choose a particular app whose details you wants to check.4. Choose Activity from top menu bar.5. From iOS History (at left side bar) choose App Store VersionsYou will find list of release version for that app. For release date click on detail disclosure button.
[2021] If you open the App Store on the iOS device and navigate to your App, you will find the full version history with version and release notes under the Version History" tab.
my App already on shelf App store. And now I want to upgrade it.
Before I upload new binary, may I first update the description in App store via iTunes connect ?
And will this updated description be shown in App store before I upload new binary?
I have changed the description but could not save because the old screen shot need to be changes its size.
But if I select " Cancel " button , instead of clicking " Save" , will my changed description be saved except the screenshot?
If my changed description is saved, then next time I only need to change the screenshot.
thanks
Metadata for a currently live version of an application can be edited after logging into itunes connect -> Manage Your applications -> Your Application -> Current Version -> Metadata & Uploads Edit. Here you can make changes to description..
A new version of the application can be added by clicking on Add version, Fill up the "Version No." & "What's new in this version?". After This Click on your New Version & Edit Metadata for this New Version of application, this metadata will be available on the app store along with new version, once approved.
I hope this answers your query.
