For example I am including http://static.twilio.com/libs/twiliojs/1.2/twilio.js file. Are there any API method or place where I can determine that version 1.2 is the latest?
Twilio devangelist here.
The newest versions are announced through our blog, we don't have an API for discovering the latest version. The latest version is always referenced to in our documentation on twilio.js too.

I have an application which loads some external data based on gremlin.
I want to use it to load the data into a Neo4j database.
I saw that there was partial support for gremlin in previous versions but couldn't find any solution for latest version.
I'll be happy to hear if it is still possible and how can it be done.
At this point, TinkerPop expects to support 3.4.11 in its future 3.5.0 release (here) which is yet several months away. For TinkerPop to support 4.0 it would need a fresh release of the neo4j-tinkerpop-api-impl to be released with that version. It seems an issue has been created for that here.
How can I get library for Microsoft.Practices.CompositeWeb.WebClientApplication I cannot find it in nuget. I have a copy of v3.0.0.0, is there any latest version after that? Does Microsoft support it anymore?
I found this article online https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff709858.aspx
it says its retired content, and not mentioned where to download it from.
The latest stable version of a NuGet package PACKAGE is easily located via the generic URL
https://www.nuget.org/packages/PACKAGE/
Is there a generic URL analogue to the latest pre-release version of the same NuGet package?
Adding absoluteLatest like https://www.nuget.org/packages/PACKAGE/absoluteLatest seems to work these days.
Finally got a response to this question on the NuGet Gallery issues section on Github. Thanks, Maarten Balliauw!
Maarten's response: (slightly modified to sync with the original question)
There is no such URL currently. You could use the API to query for the latest prerelease of a package though, for example:
https://www.nuget.org/api/v2/FindPackagesById()?Id=%27PACKAGE%27&$filter=IsPrerelease&$orderby=Version%20desc&$top=1
From this response, you can get the package URL.
Comments for the v3 api was just released. We're using the .net client library and as far as I can tell the new comments changes are not included in the latest dlls. Does anyone know when the changes will be included in the libraries?
I'm just trying to figure out if it's worth creating my own wrapper or not. Thanks!
I just uploaded the new v3 version to NuGet.
I run the NuGet publisher once a week to update all Google.Apis packages. I already ran it this week, but with your request I just ran it again.
I'm wondering if there's a site where I can download older versions of the Advantage Database Server and the Advantage Database Architect.
On this site only the newest version is avaialable.
Unfortunately, the new versions are often unstable or bring in new bugs, and so you are forced to downgrade to an older version.
Latest example: I just upgraded from Data Architect 10.10.0.6 to 10.10.0.17 and it wasn't possible anymore to create or modify triggers.
