We created a route with google maps engine. When i open this route with the 'embed' option on a desktop i succesfully see the route and all other layers.
However... when i open the same link on my iPad (safari & Chrome) or on a Samsung Tab i can't see the layers.
Does anyone know why i this is happening and how i can solve this?

We couldnt find an actual reason or answer, but... When we add another administrator the problem was fixed! So adding the user somehow resets the security settings.

Seems a few people had the issues too, but didn't figure a solution yet. For example I am having exactly the same this one.
Also according to this a reliable way to test if the universal link set up properly or not is to test the link in the notes app, which works for me. (Also works if I send the message with the link to myself.) However I can't open the app directly in most chat apps (eg. slack, discord) nor safari. On the other hand they works with the preview page on.
Anyone had a fix / workaround? Or that's just how it is (saw this might be issues with app trying to open the link in there build in browser and prevent redirecting somehow ?)
Any help or suggestion will be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
I had the same issue, enabling both universal links and custom url schemes for my dynamic link solved the issue.

Example I prepared works fine on a Desktop specifically with upload and remove file browse dialog comes in but when I tried on safari in Ipad upload option then remove option then trying select option it look likes a input and keyboard pops up instead of asking for the upload option again.

I am really close to being done with my app. The layout is finally correct and scaling properly. The only problem I have now is with my services. When I click on the button that is supposed to load data from my database, nothing happens. I set the endpoints of the services to point to my database on my website. The app works in the simulator, but on my iPad, I get nothing. So I have a couple of questions. Does the .ipa file that you upload to an iPad contain all the folder structure for your services? Is there a descriptor setting that needs to be set to make sure that you have internet access on the device?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. The desktop version works, and it works in the mobile simulator, but not on the iPad??? I don't even know where to start with the debugging so any thoughts at all are greatly appreciated.

I've got a simple wordpress site that's not showing up on ios devices. I've checked everything I know to check... nothing. After a long talk with the hosting IT support, we figured out that the problem was somewhere in the theme (custom made by myself, using the underscore_s blank wordpress starter theme), which is developed and maintained by the wordpress creators themselves. But I haven't been able to find where the problem is coming from in the theme.

Your error inside style.css file:
search for the following line and remove display:table:
[class*="site"]:after{content:'';display:table}
that working on safari for iOS device and also safari for desktop.
How can I emulate iPad browser under windows? I know user agent string and I know browser width/height, screen width/height
I believe if you emulate the User Agent of the iPad and set your windows size appropriately, you can use Safari (windows download from apple.com) and works pretty cool.
Also i haven't tested this, but http://code.google.com/p/ibbdemo2/ looks like a great iPad emulator.

So do you guys know there is one more option and that is google
chrome. Yes google chrome provides developer toolbar where you can
inspect your element or debug your js files or you can see what are
the requests your site is hitting and receiving in the network panel.
It also having "Console" where you can emulate your site to different devices view.
Follow the steps below:
Open your site in latest google chrome.
Now right click and select "inspect element" or (F12) to get the devloper toolbar where you will find "Elements,Network,Sources....Console".
Click on console.
Now in the developer toolbar if you see at extreme top right you will find few options like "close the developer toolbar with cross (X) mark" but you click on "show drawer having this symbol (>-) kinda".
Now within the toolbar it will populate console,Search,emulation,Rendering.
Click on emulation option.
Just enable the emulation.
Now happily select whatever device you want and plus it will also tells you what is the resolution.
