Heres the issue, Im 17 years old and my uncle created an account for me for publishing my apps because Im very interested in developing in iOS, obviously the account is at his name because at first I tried to pay one at my name with his credit card and I got rejected because the names didnt match so we made the one of him.
My recently publish is at his name (in the sellers name), the copyright its at my name but the sellers dont and I want to know if its possible to change it for mine or maybe not my name, only a nickname.... and if dont, where can I send an E-mail or something, please you can imagine how frustrating is that the sellers name is not yours when you put all your effort..... Thanks a lot!!

Disclaimer: I haven't used this method myself. I've transferred apps by letting and old developer account expire, since it was the most convenient, the least hassle, and the only option available at that time. But that may not be the case for you, so definitely look up the transfer option.

I have submitted my app and it is accepted from a company profile. But on app store it is showing an owner name instead of company name? Can anyone please define what is the main reason of this thing?

Seller Name Guidelines
First it is necessary to understand the guidelines for a seller name on the App Store. Your options for seller name depend on which kind of Apple developer account you initially setup. You can either create an account as an individual or a company/organization. As an individual the only option is your legal name. As a company or organization you are required to use your legal entity name. In order to register as a company/organization a D-U-N-S number is required which ensures your company or organization is legally registered.
If you wish to change your seller name, you must operate within those restrictions. Apple hasn’t always enforced these guidelines, but as the App Store has matured these policies have become required. Also, it doesn’t seem possible to convert an Apple developer account registered as an individual to an account registered as company/organization. If that is something you need, you should try App Transfer which is explained below.
Contact Apple
The easiest way to change your seller name is to contact Apple developer support. If there is a typo or inaccuracy in your seller name they should be willing to change it. Back before I released Card Share my individual account had a seller name for a fictitious entity that did not exist. Since it wasn’t my legal name, Apple support was willing to make the name change. I contacted support and within 24 hours my seller name was changed and updated in the App Store. The results from this method may vary, but I highly recommend direct communication with Apple as a first approach.

If you registered as a Company, you should see the Company Name on the App Store.

If I develop and app for a non-tech company for whom it will be an effort (i.e. non-IT people) to get their own Apple iOS developer ID, can I upload it myself under my company ID?
The reason I ask is that it appears to be the norm among other similar companies doing apps for other companies. (At least in the segment/niche I am planning on entering)
In appstore they list: "Developer dev-company Copyright for-company and the app is associated to their account.
I would love if the companies I intend/hope to develop custom apps for would get their own account, but I can just already now see it being at least a small obstacle for some who want "hands off".
What do you do?
You can upload it yourself with your own company name.
You will be the one signing contracts with Apple, and you will be the one legally responsible for the apps.
Your name will be listed in the App Store as the developer.
You can put whatever you want in the copyright notice.
You can use whatever you want for the app name and description, so if you are developing the "Foobar" app for "XYZ Corporation", you can call it "XYZ Foobar" and in the app description you can say it is the official Foobar app for XYZ Corporation. (This assumes that XYZ Corporation has given you permission to use its trademarks.)
If it is a for-pay app, you will receive the payments.
If the other company eventually joins the Developer Program, you can transfer the app to them. (Note: This is a new feature. It wasn't possible until recently.)

In my app people can send each other virtual gifts which they can use within the app.
Gifts can be purchased using Coins.
Coins can be purchased using Consumable in app purchases.
I am storing everything on my server.
Here is what I got from apple.
As indicated in the previous correspondence, your app includes "gifting" feature allowing users to send virtual gift using the purchased Consumable coins and the recipient can use the received item.
It would be appropriate to remove gifting feature from your app.
There is nothing in the AppStore Guidelines regarding "gifting" features. Can someone shed some light on this matter ?
How can I get my app approved while keeping the Gifting feature?
I think, one better solution.
a) you use Terms & conditions page in your app and explain all things.
b) include two things in `Terms & conditions page
1)include an explicit statement in the contest or virtual gift using rules that specifies that Apple is not a sponsor nor is involved in any way
2)insure that the contest or virtual prizes are not Apple products; using Apple products as prizes suggests an inappropriate association with Apple.
I will suggest you to ask them in Resolution Center why should I not use gifting feature in my application as I am following HIG ? Then they will elaborate in more details the reason of rejection and then if they tell you valid reason then you will have to make changes in your app otherwise they will accept your app.

I developed an app for the company who sells professional e-books by their website. In order to keep the content in sync with web data, app enforce login/registration and without that doesn't provide any functionality.
This is the reason why it has been rejected for Review Guidelines 17.2 Apps that require users to share personal information, such as email address and date of birth, in order to function will be rejected
My question is: is there a way to convince Apple to accept an app?
It is directed to the very specific proffessionals.
In the future the company want to add the possibility to sync books available on their website.
Also the books bought by in app purchase would be available on their website for the user account.
Isn't that enough reasons for Apple to accept this app? My client strongly want to have an account based app, the whole system was designed for that.
There is possibility to track user by udid but still it is not good solution because it is deprecated and Apple rejects apps using UDID for tracking reasons.
Does anyone have similar situation recently?

So the answer is kinda obvious.
The app should provide (at least) some basic functionality without sharing personal data.
Maybe some book previews? 1 or 2 free books? App info? Why not apple's-bookstore? Does the website (before seeing anything) force you to signup too? Otherwise just make a web-app.

Is it possible to change the seller name that shows up in the app store (name that shows up above app name)? Currently it says my name, but I want it to show my business name. Does apple allow this change? If so, how?
If you want to change your developer program membership from a personal to corporate membership, contact Apple. Many developers who started out as individuals have since changed to a corporate membership.
Apple may allow changing your developer enrollment if you incorporate your business under your desired company name and have legal incorporation papers ready to show Apple.
When you signed up, you had an option to select a business or a name and it said you couldn't change this in the future.
