I have been reading the new book Coding in Delphi by Nick Hodges. I just finished the chapters on RTTI and Attributes, and I am understanding some of the basics of RTTI, but I am wondering if anyone has any good examples of using RTTI and or attributes.

A very good starting point is delphi.about.com. Also you can search on StackOverflow to see questions about Delphi and RTTI tags, to see on what different users from here used RTTI.

I've read some of the various post explaining how to implement the decorator pattern in Ruby but they all seem to have a problem? Here are the some of the links:
http://robots.thoughtbot.com/evaluating-alternative-decorator-implementations-in
or ...
http://www.runtime-era.com/2013/10/quick-review-decorator-pattern-in-ruby.html
However they all seem to suffer from some inconsistencies with regards to the GOF standard on decorators.
Has anyone come up with a solution yet?

What is the name of this visual component? Thanks
It might be the common TButton component in bsCommandLink style (set by the Style property).
TLama's educated guess might very well be right.
In general, to answer questions of this nature you can use Spy++ (or any other similar tool) to find the window class name. That should be enough to identify the control.

Question is basically in the title. Just looking for a simple answer
If you use NSLocalizedString, you don't have to write your own code to detect and load resources per locale, and instead rely on widely used and reliable code provided by the system. This saves time in development and debugging, and your code will be easier to understand by other developers familiar with the system.

Does linked data applications use tagging for easier information retrieval? Where to get information on this specific topic?
For semantic annotation (tagging) the following applications would be good starting points:
http://gate.ac.uk/
http://www.ontotext.com/kim
Especially the GATE system includes a lot of information and tutorials related to both POS-tagging and ontology-based semantic tagging.
And yes, once your text has been semantically tagged, it is much easier to connect it to other pieces of text using the extra semantic medatada.

I've read a lot about F# and seen sample code of some of the nice features, like piping.
For a random business application, what modules would be best suitable for being programmed in F#, or would benefit the most in readability/clearness?
