What is this view called?
Its like stacked folders (Cupertino, New York, Austin, Your Location) that when you touch one.
It enlarges and shows more details, is it complicated to create?
And can someone please show me a link, on how to create one?

It looks a lot like an Accordion.
There are a number of Accordion projects on Cocoa Controls and Cocoapods.
This is just using a UITableView and customising what happens when you tap cells.
You don't need UIKit Dynamics for something like this. Nor would I put multiple UIViews on top of each other as if there are more than a handful you'll run into memory issues.
The transition to the next screen is a custom transition. You can read more about these in WWDC 2013 video. I think it's session 218.

The iOS weather app uses a similar concept. I'm about 30% through trying to reverse engineer it. I believe it uses a UICollectionView with a layout-to-layout transition.
This is not a standard view controller layout. I think you could call this "Stacked View Controllers", as it is not per se a navigation controller (no push/pop), nor a tab bar controller, nor anything known.

I have played a lot with my app and I do not understand how to make layout like in for example iTunes (also many apps uses it).
How it is made? It is one big CollectionView, but with special Flow or it is TableView with many CollectionView?
Collection headers. In iTunes App if I select item (with adjustImageWhenFocused) under the header then the header will jump up and the item will not overlap the header. It is special magic or it is system behavior and I just do know how to use it?

In iTunes there are movie preview page. With what type of View it is made? TableView,CollectionView or just ViewController with ScrollView?
I have read many sources and looked up demo projects, but nowhere I have found answers for this questions.
1) I think it would be a stackTemplate containing a couple collectionLists.
2) AFAIK the headers "jump up" on their own, no need to prepare anything special.

If you want to use native Swift way it can be achieved in following ways:
You can use table view and have collection view within each cell. I am using same approach to achieve this.
We have focus update delegate from there you can find the focused frame of image view. With the help of focused frame and label frame you can check if they are intersecting or not. Based on that you can move label up and down.
This is native TVML template, in order to achieve in swift you need to create view using tableview and collection view.
I'm creating an app that will have a quick onboarding at the beginning with some pretty simple scroll through animations and finish with a button to basically "GO" into the app's content.
I'm looking for suggestions as for how to most effectively and efficiently develop this, here's some things that it needs:
there should be paging so that it locks onto about 4 different positions throughout the onboarding.
the animations progress should be dependent on the scroll view's position (I'm guessing the x value of the content offset)
there needs to be views that stay on screen through multiple pages and some that move on screen and off screen throughout the onboard, it can not just be one picture moving on then off
there needs to be a button that pops up on the last page
I have a good understanding of Scroll Views, Page Views, and Page Controls. I also just bought Core Animator (the app) if anyone can suggest how implement that.
The way that I'm thinking of doing it is basically creating a Scroll View with paging that is empty and just use it to control animations with its content offset. Is there a faster way to do this or maybe a open source library that would work better? I'm only proficient in Swift currently :?

I would look at UIPageViewController as its setup to do the scrolling by page for you, although you have control over what kind of animation it uses. You are responsible for feeding it view controllers to display using this method:
setViewControllers(_:direction:animated:completion:)

I created a scrolling credits screen for one of my company's apps, FaceDancer, that would be a decent starting point for what you are after. The app is free. You can download it to check it out at this link: FaceDancer. The credits screen is off the info button on the main screen.
It's not hard to use UIView animations to simply animate a series of views. I think that might be easier than working with a scroll view.
I can give you some guidance if you think it would be helpful.
I am a very starter in iOS Developing.
Now I would like to make an app of a children's story book using PageViewController. I have read some tutorials of PageViewController, but unfortunately all of them are about putting images in the PageContentViewController. I want to use views instead of images, because the content will be modified sometimes. Also, I don't want the views overlapped together because I want the workflow be visible.
I wonder whether there is a way to achieve it??? Thanks in advance!!!
I have been searching for a UI Control and don't know what its called, which makes it tough to find right? What UI Control in iOS 5 or 6 provides a view overlay that can swipe away? Kind of the opposite of a slide-out nav view. I am looking at the TouchArcade app as an example, where you tap an item and this slides out an overlay with an article or review. Its also possible to have several overlay's that can swipe to the right for removal. Is this a custom control? I know this must be an easy question, I just don't know what its called, and therefore, my terms don't help much in Google. The closest thing I have found is ShinobiControls Overlays: http://www.shinobicontrols.com/shinobiessentials/
I'd rather just make my own than rely an somebody else's library I have to keep up to date. On the other hand, that one does look pretty good and would save me time.

You see how the article is presented over the list view below? What controls do that in iOS? It also allows multiple overlays as you click further into each item. You dismiss them by swiping them to the right, dragging them out of view.
I need to create an app for ipad.Its something like the contacts app in ipad.(like an open book)
My doubts are whether they are using split view or two different views.
If splitview is used,how could we increase its width and style?
You can tell that they are not using a split view controller by turning the screen vertically: split view moves the master into a popover; contacts simply rotates, without popping the master portion out. I think that they use a single, highly customized, view for the contacts.
The background can be just a chunk of graphic or a picture. On top of that you'd add your own or Apples UI elements.
Each functional area should probably be implemented as a separate subview, ie. the UITableView on the left, the index on the right and so forth.
In your words - implement it as separate views not a split view.
If you want something like that (don't know why you would... the Contacts app is horrible) then you're going to look past the default set of UI elements provided to you by Apple.
UIViewController, UITableView are really the only two things you'd be reusing for something like that.
