I found in the link below the xep-0077 and I added it in my xmpp-iOS project.
https://github.com/buddycloud/buddycloud-iOS-client/tree/master/src/External_Libs/XMPP/Extensions/XEP-0077
Unfortunately I get many errors.
I use the xmpp framework by robbiehanson (https://github.com/robbiehanson/XMPPFramework) and what I am trying to do is to register a new user within my chat app.
Do I have to use the xep-0077 (band-in registration), or are there any other ways to register?
Thanks
Chris

I'm trying to publish my first xamarin forms app on IOS. I barred the issue of login with the Apple account.
I have 4 questions, please.
1- If I implement Sign in with Apple only for IOS 13+ will it be accepted? :(
2- I'm trying to use Xamarin Essentials to log in to IOS 13+ as shown in this article:
Xamarin Essentials
// Use Native Apple Sign In API's
r = await AppleSignInAuthenticator.AuthenticateAsync();
But I only get back the idToken. AccessToken, name and mail return null. Am I missing something?
3 - And finally I tried to use the plugin.firebaseAuth version 4.0.0-pre01:
Link plugin
// For iOS
var credential = CrossFirebaseAuth.Current.OAuthProvider.GetCredential("apple.com", idToken, rawNonce: rawNonce);
var result = await CrossFirebaseAuth.Current.Instance.SignInWithCredentialAsync(credential);
// For Android
var provider = new OAuthProvider("apple.com");
var result = await CrossFirebaseAuth.Current.Instance.SignInWithProviderAsync(provider);
It provides an example using prism to deal with this, but when I install the plugin in this version the application is no more than a splash screen and closes, without showing an error in the output. What am I doing wrong? :(
The first link seems promising for iOS less than 13 and Android using Asp.NET. However in the application I use only the Firebase ClouFirestone and Firebase Hosting for the Administrative Panel. Is it possible for me to sign in Apple without the services of a different backend?
I am very grateful for any light on the path I must follow
1- If I implement Sign in with Apple only for IOS 13+ will it be accepted?
It depends, if they don't find any other issues or violation, it will get accepted.
2- I'm trying to use Xamarin Essentials to log in to IOS 13+ as shown in this article: But I only get back the idToken.
Apple will only provide you the requested details on the first authentication. After that first authentication, you will only get the User Id so be sure to store the details that first time in case you need them.
This feature needs to be tested on a physical device running iOS 13. The simulator is not reliable, it doesn’t always work properly.
Should follow the design guidelines when implementing Apple Sign In. You can find it here: https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/sign-in-with-apple/overview/
I have created an ios app (Xcode) with a single WebKit View component that loads an external website. This website tries to get the current geolocation with this Javascript: navigator.geolocation.
This all works fine, but the problem is, I get 2 messages:
First a message for the app: 'Allow "NameApp" to access your location while you are using the app?'
Second a message for the webview: 'https://mywebsite.com would like to use your current location'.
I have seen similar questions about this issue, but they all went about a native/offline Cordova app. I have an online app in my Webview.
How can I prevent this double message? Or a workaround for this problem?
I used the WebViewGold for iOS app template for it & it worked out of the box without second / repeated dialog. Maybe helps other developers/no-code guys.
I am new to Braintree SDK. I followed this link https://developers.braintreepayments.com/guides/drop-in/ios/v4 . When I try to generate paymentMethodNonce I am not able to do it. The drop in UI is Displayed but it is not generating paymentMethodNonce. I tried BTDropInControllerDelegate but those delegate methods are not called. If any one is expert in this please suggest me how to get the paymentMethodNonce
Thanks in advance
I'm creating an iOS app by swift that is as same as the AliExpress iOS app.
This App has ability that connect to our site and download all of data from JSON api online.
Now, I wanna download the images of the icons and banner slider from our site by JSON api in main page. But I don't know how i can do it. Do I use queues or background functions like in android? Also, I'm an android developer and i know how i can do this in android. You can guide me by this way ,too. please guide me by sample codes or description of its logic.
Please refer following link for tutorial
http://www.raywenderlich.com/51127/nsurlsession-tutorial
Apple documentation can be found on following link
https://developer.apple.com/library/prerelease/ios/documentation/Foundation/Reference/NSURLSession_class/
Swift example can be found here
http://jamesonquave.com/blog/making-a-post-request-in-swift/
I have also created a demo for the same
https://github.com/Gagan5278/SessionDownload
Let me know if you want more on this.
You have the seed of your answer in the title of your question. You want to create an NSURLSession and add NSURLDownloadTasks to it. That class does all the work for you.
A quick search on Github reveals this repository that claims to offer an async download queue in Swift:
https://github.com/Gurpartap/Cheapjack
(I haven't used that one. You can either build it into your project or look at the code and use it to implement your own download sessions.)
There is also AlamoFire, another swift library that has built-in JSON support.
I'm using Apigee for my iphone/ipad app.
Like many apps today, mine requires a login via Facebook and Apigee has a function specifically for this in the iOs framework, here's how it's called:
[ApigeeDataClient logInUserWithFacebook:[FBSession activeSession].accessTokenData.accessToken];
As far as my code goes, everything works well up until the above line. I'm receiving the following error.
Response: {"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"missing access token"}
However check out how the function is making the call (from the logs):
Synch outgoing call: 'https://api.usergrid.com/sgfishing/deepseafishing/auth/facebook?ql=fb_access_token=CAADrhKxrQp4BANfZCMuZBdOwUL9nc0H4VzZC1EXVLjABRbcrucTlUgwlKczFinl51GIWyBM5nlZBX1RF84azFAEOfChqN7vgSmvqgwybV8iPU2xjncZB9T5YTdY0pesJkHsSlvOafMhQ6MfIa6qdZCbTYBZCFB2oIPgEnro4runJKcqCy68wZCFQwyIzACVThAC3IEjZADs36hToQxhYZBzAWVhbKlcqJQsroZD'
I would like to bring your attention to this ...facebook?<b>ql=</b>fb_access_token=CAADrh....
I'm not sure why ql= is there, I've checked the definition of logInUserWithFacebook and ql= is nowhere to be found.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
This is a bug in our iOS SDK. It has been fixed in version 2.0.9 of our SDK (released yesterday).
?ql= is typically used for query language statements see if there is any such code around in your program
This just a tip...may help
