Anyone can suggest where I can freely download Arc-Objects SDK's for Arc GIS 10.2 version?
There is no legal way to download the ArcObjects SDK without paying for it.
You can purchase the EDN, but it's absurdly expensive. The best options are to work for a company that pays for a license or use open-source GIS.
There is one legal way, and that is to request a Free 60-day trial of ArcGIS Desktop from the ESRI website. If you call them sometimes they can extend the trial but you must request that up front.
Note that the free trial will only be available for the current release and not for past versions. The ArcObjects SDK is included with the ArcGIS Desktop installation media.

I've been in googling to find out my solution for our business model since last 3 days but i'm still not finalised, Let me explain we're selling solution our product which include server, web, mobile apps(iOS and Android), we're in process to release different versions of our product Some of our clients don't to want upgrade, lets say we released version 3.0, some clients upgraded but some don't want they want to stick to version 2.0, but on both mobile apps stores apps are updated to 3.0 and if someone deleted their old apps from their device then they only have option to app 3.0.
As you know we can dealt with Android apps as we can generate .apk file which can download to every device, so to dealt with above problem we send them older version of apps downloadable link (lets say we use diawi), so they can use android app 2.0 with server 2.0
But when we come to iOS we've three options
Developer Account (Appstore or restricted to 100 devices)
Enterprise Account (can go more than 100 devices but only for inhouse, not for clients)
Apple Business Manager (B2B solution), it fit into our requirement but how to download older version of apps ? is there any versioning control on their platform as I've no idea about this.
Forgive me if I explained little much but I'm still looking for solution to which will fit into our requirement.
Looking for suggestion and help.
Thanks
I'm trying to figure out how to get PhoneGap to work for cross-platform development. Android is fairly straightforward, but when it comes to iOS, I haven't found a solution that isn't expensive.
I know you can use build.phonegap.com to do it over the cloud, but you need a provisioning profile, which I can't access unless I pay $100 to Apple. I have a free developer account so I had access to my certificates at least, but I can't go further than that unfortunately. I'm just trying to do a homework assignment and I'd rather not pay that much for it.
I'm currently on a Windows 10 laptop, but also I have a Virtual Machine that is running OSX Mojave if that makes a difference.
Or does anyone know if there are any free alternatives that allow me to use HTML/CSS/JS to create apps cross-platform?
Thank you :)
Seems like there is no other way to do this other than purchasing a full developer account.
Unfortunately, there is no free or even inexpensive solution for developing applications on iOS.
You need a developer account (99$) and if it is for a serious project, a virtual machine will not be enough to debug.
For your need of make a crossplatform application with HTML/CSS/JS you can see with PWA.
These are not native applications but once installed, the user won't notice anything.

As part of our mobile app development we need to work on offline maps. Recently we have registered for HERE maps iOS free evaluation sdk(90 days), however we are not able to download HERE maps sdk and explained samples since there is no download link available on website(https://developer.here.com/native-apis). We have sent several mails to support team but nobody responded to my mails.
Someone help us to proceed further like how to get this sdk, so that we can integrate this free evaluation HERE sdk in our apps. If we are happy with this maps we are ready to purchase business license also.
Note: Google Maps(no offline), Skobbler maps are giving sdks and sample programs but not Here Maps.
The native HERE Maps SDK which includes offline map support can now be evaluated by anyone, no business license required. You just need to create a HERE account and request an evaluation copy.
Go to developer.here.com > Mobile SDKs > Sign up for a 90-day free trial
https://developer.here.com/native-apis
I contacted HERE a few days ago. They said that the SDK is available only for business contracts, not for free contracts. And it's not possible to get the sdk for evaluation. We need first a business contract...
Click on the below link to download Here maps mobile SDKs for android and iOS:
https://developer.here.com/plans/mobile-sdk
Currently there are two types of mobile SDKs are available
1.Starter Evaluation(90-day free trial) : Some feature will not be available here.
For ex a).We cannot download maps with this.
b).Hybrid mode will not work here etc.
Hybrid version will work both online and offline modes whereas online version will only work in online mode. You can download the maps with Here mobile SDK and then you can navigate to the places without internet. In hybrid version app will switch to offline automatically whenever net is not available.
2.Premium Evaluation(90-day free trial) : We can download maps.
I'm thinking some time about the possibilities to bring back some life to my loved Nokia 3310 by developing some software for it. The only downside is that there is not really much information on the Internet about the subject.
I've read that there is a SDK called Nokia PC Connectivity SDK 3.0, but every link that I tried is very old and the download links are always broken. Searching on Google just gives results to Mallware websites and the Nokia Developer website only holds an archived forum section without file support..
Does anyone knows where I can download this SDK or has a better idea/suggestion about developing software for this dinosaur of a phone?
AFAIK the offering is no longer available from the original site, thus I would not recommend using any versions available on any other site.
Anyway, the PC connectivity as far as I remember did not really enable you to develop any software for the device as such, it was used for making apps that could connect to the services of the device (such as SMS, logs etc.)
Quick internet search also suggest that the device might not even support AT commands, thus I would assume that there is no development offerings available for that old device anymore.
Is it required to submit my code to corona labs for compilation for android game? Is free version enough for complete game development?
I am new to game developing and want to start with Corona SDK first for Android game.
I read somewhere about it that you can not compile it on machine. You need to submit it online to Corona Labs and they give the final app. Is this correct?
If I use free version for 30 days and use the SDK then, does this make any difference or app compared to the full version? Or any issues I will face as I have used free version?
When you hit the compile button, it uses some stuff in Corona Labs servers, it looks like a normal local compilation, but it is not, mostly for anti-piracy I suspect.
Also the free version is purely for evaluation, to release anything you need to pay.
First of all, Corona SDK converts your source to byte code locally and then it's validated against the servers and compiled in with the core libraries. If you are not a paid subscriber, the resulting .apk (or App bundle for iOS) is altered so that when they are run on a device, you get a warning that you're using unlicensed evaluation software as well.
Corona is free to use to test and learn on, but when you are ready to release your app, then you have to buy a license.
You might have noticed that CoronaLabs now offers a starter edition that is free-of-charge. This edition should be sufficient for indie game developers. It even comes with free cloud solutions for online multiplayer games and leaderboards.
