Inspect Element on Windows Phone - webview

I am developing a mobile web page for several mobile OSes. On Android and iOS, it looks fine but on WindowsPhone, the alignment is a mess. On iOS, i can inspect element on the web view using Safari, but I wonder how to do this on Windows Phone. Is there any way to do this? I only have Mac OS 10.8.5 for development. Been searching without result. Thanks.

Inspect Element is not available on Mobile IE.
The recommended way to test your site is via the desktop version of IE as it shares most of its codebase with Mobile IE.
You can use a VM if you are on MacOS (you can find the IE VMs here: http://www.modern.ie/en-us/virtualization-tools)
Windows Phone 7 runs IE9 and Windows Phone 8 runs IE10.

website not working on IOS and MAC but works on Windows and Android

I have been building an E-commerce site for the last month and deployed it to netlify.
But the problem is that my site only shows a blank page on ios and Mac devices but works on Windows and Android devices.
On machines where the site does not load properly, there is no error but when I inspect my site, it shows my root div in the body tag is empty and I have no idea what is wrong.
Browsers that does not load my site correctly:
chrome on an iphone12 pro max version 103.0.5060.63
safari on iphone12 pro max version 15.5
safari on mac version 15.1
GitHub repository: https://github.com/falconcode95/bogaad-store
Live site link: https://fascinating-heliotrope-79c0ec.netlify.app
So the reason my site was not working on IOS and MAC devices was because i was using a lookbehind regex pattern (?<=a)b and from what i researched so far they don't support those so i just wrote a function that manually checks for that specific pattern instead and now my site works on all platforms!

remote debug chrome on iphone using windows

I know to debug mobile safari you'll need a mac, but is it possible to debug ios version of chrome on a windows machine (via a usb cable)? seems like a simple question, but for some reason I can't find anything on it using google. everything I find always seems to point to debugging mobile safari via mac or debugging mobile chrome for mac users.
FYI: I plan on getting the device, but I need to know if the aforementioned is possible before getting the iphone.

jquery mobile application works in chrome simulator but not in actual device

We have a ASP.net web application integrated with DotNetNuke.
The mobile version uses jQuery mobile 1.6.X.
While trying to test the application it works well in Chrome simulator(our staging environment is publicly exposed). But it does not work in any of the actual device.
Can anyone suggest how to debug this ?
For Android you can attach the device to the pc and go to chrome-> developer tools -> inspect devices
Make sure your phone is set to developers mode with usb debugging on.
For iOS you can attach your phone to a mac and open safari, develop menu and then the device you want to inspect.
There you will find the javascript console, source, style and everything you normally need for website debugging.

Emulate iOS selenium grid node on a windows VM

To test a web application, I have chosen selenium grid.
My application should be tested on android, windows and iOS. I don't have a Mac device and I am not able to virtualise an iOS machine.
Is there any application or another method to configure and iOS node on a windows VM?
Thanks
This would be helpful for Android Virtual Device (AVD): https://code.google.com/p/selenium/wiki/AndroidDriver

Flash not working on OS X / iOS?

I have a flash file (.swf) on the homepage of my web site. When a user loads the page, the file cycles through some images. It works as expected when I access the site from a Windows PC, but when I access it from either a Mac computer or an iPhone/iPad, there is a white space where the flash file should be. What usually causes this kind of behavior?
EDIT:
Did some more careful testing on my Mac (running OS X Version 10.6.8). The flash file does not work in the latest version of Safari with the latest Flash Player installed, but it does work in Firefox.
Flash doesn't work on iOS, iOS does not support it.
As for OS X, what browser(s) have you tried and what versions of OS X?
Running Flash from a web page is not supported in iOS (iPhone/iPad), likely your Mac OSX does not have the Flash Player plugin.
Interestingly, the answer to this question didn't have anything to do with the flash's code itself. The file in question was placed on the page by way of the < embed > element. As I discovered from reading this rather old but still very relevant article, < embed > is not supported in all browsers. Apparently, it's supported in Firefox but not in Chrome or Safari. After following the advice in that article, the flash file plays correctly in all flash-supporting browsers.
