Cypher query in Neoclipse cannot find nodes - neo4j

I installed "neo4j-community-1.9-windows" and "neoclipse-1.9.1-win32.win32.x86_64" on one Win2008 R2 server. The Neo4j graph database files are located at "E:\neo4j_home" directory
E:\neo4j_home\bin
E:\neo4j_home\config
E:\neo4j_home\data
......
E:\neo4j_home\system
The graph database are running fine. I can see the nodes and the relationships at http://localhose:7474/, for example, I can see node 100 with http://localhost:7474/webadmin/#/data/search/100/
In Neoclipse, I set the conncetion URI to E:\neo4j_home\data or E:/neo4j_home/data and click "start/connect database" menu. The connection shows green. But when I do Cypher query in Neoclipse, it cannot find any nodes except node(0). For example:start n=node(100) return n; will get error: org.neo4j.cypher.EntityNotFoundException:Node 100 not found
Did I set wrong conncetion URI?

AFAIK the data URL should be E:\neo4j_home\data\graph.db instead of E:\neo4j_home\data.

Can you share your statement?
It could also be that you tried to return too much data to neo4j browser? Just return nothing or count(*)
You can also try to run your statement in cypher-shell to see if it works there and narrow down the issue.

Is there a Way to get Neo4j APOC connection strings to accept spaces or \ characters?

I'm working on attempting to pull process data from OSI PI JDBC into my knowledge graph in Neo4j with the APOC library. Having trouble getting the authentication setup:
With the following CYPHER query I get the error Illegal character in path at index 48 (space between Integrated Security)

With this CYPHER query I am able get the JDBC driver to prompt for authentication but it always fails saying Invalid Credentials. Username must be non-empty.

Neo4j / Cypher: Is CREATE UNIQUE deprecated?

When I write a simple Cypher query like this:
MATCH (r:Person {name:'Jon'})
MATCH (s:Person {name:'Ana'})
CREATE UNIQUE (r)-[:FRIEND_OF]->(s)
I'm receiving an alert messsage in the Neo4j browser. The alert message says:
The RULE planner is not available in the current CYPHER version, the
query has been run by an older CYPHER version. CREATE UNIQUE is
unsupported for current CYPHER version, the query has been execute by
an older CYPHER version

I searched by this message in the Neo4j Github and did not find anything. Also the docs has no mention to any depreciation.
My question is: Is CREATE UNIQUE deprecated? Why?
I'm using Neo4j 3.2.1.

PS: I know my query can be refactoring. It is only an example. Also all refactoring made in the query using CREATE UNINQUE show the same alert message in the Neo4j browser.
CREATE UNIQUE is set to be completely replaced by MERGE. So your syntax would be :

Neo4j filtering Cypher query on relationships

I am trying to retrieve the paths from Airport(A1) to Airport(A3) based on their relationships, when the arrival-time is less than departure-time.

Neo4j Cypher query fails and return with an Unknown Error

I'm trying to build a Cypher query to test if a specific structure exists so I can relate dates to it.
Running Neo4j 2.1.0-M01 on a Linux server, but the same issue occurred with Neo4j 2.0.1
We're starting with a clean database, 0 nodes.
First I'm running this MATCH query to prove that it runs.
Obviously this query is not going to return any nodes. But after creating the nodes, it will
fail with an 'unknown error'.
It seems like a bug to me, since a query with fewer nodes will return. Does anyone have suggestions how to rewrite this query for now?
