Blackberry Web works 10 - blackberry

I am interested Blackberry 10 development with HTML5/CSS, but I don't know what tools are needed for developing an application. Please explain the procedure to develop an application in Blackberry 10 using HTML5/CSS.
Thanks in advance.

Start with the official documentation. It gives an overview of WebWorks, and the tools needed.

Use the Ripple emulator plugin for Chrome for testing:

Beginner tutorial:

Signing keys overview:

To add on to Scott's answer, I'd also recommend checking out our GitHub repo which is full of sample apps for you to use as reference.

how to test and export iOS app made with LibGDX

much of the title already establishes what I need help with. The problem is that RoboVM is shutting down and no longer providing any service :( so I cant use it, nor can I find anything similar. Please help, thank you.
I'm using a mac, AndroidStudio, and I already have Xcode installed.
As stated on the oficial libgdx site there's a lot of alternatives like:
Mobile OpenJDK 9
J2ObjC
Avian
Xamarin + IKVM
Intel Multi-OS Engine
Tomski is writing the multi-os engine backend for a oficial release, if you need any help with it you could probably ask him personally on the #libgdx freenode irc channel.

Is PlayN on iOS possible without licensing MonoTouch?

Following the instructions on the PlayN wiki I was able to get the "hello" PlayN sample running on the iOS simulator. However, when using MonoStudio, I was told that I need to upgrade to an Indie license or higher to compile the code. (Apparently I was using 33+ features which required it.) When I activated a trial edition, the sample compiled and ran fine on the simulator.
The PlayN wiki seems to indicate the you'd only need a license if you plan on testing on a real device. Is it wrong or am I missing something?
Also, I thought the idea behind PlayN was to build a free, open source game engine on top of free, open-source technology. Mono is both, but MonoTouch is neither. Is there another option or am I stuck with shelling out $1000/year to use iOS (which so far seems far from fully implemented on the PlayN side of things)?
Right now, there isn't. Sorry its disappointing, but its the nature of iOS. Its a very non-free platform.
Perhaps you can try your hands at writing a cross compiler, and release it under an opensource license? You can try basing it on http://gcc.gnu.org/java/.

Building a Firefox add on

after I managed to create an add on for Chrome browser (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13686561/chrome-addon-with-my-server-interaction),
my next target is to do the same for Firefox.
I see this is harder to do or there arent many good tutorials for begginers.
What Im asking is good step by step tutorials in order to understand the workflow for FF.
Thank you again for reading me!
Take a look to Add-on SDK. Here the documentation, and you can also download it from Github.
I would say that the Getting Started section of Add-on SDK docs is a good place to start your reading.
You can also join the IRC channel #jetpack on irc.mozilla.org and ask help directly to the SDK team, if you have any doubt!

Can F-Script be used to introspect iOS applications?

Can F-Script be used to inspect iOS applications that are running on the simulator or iPhone/iPad hardware? If so, how do I attach the object browser to my custom objects?
I tried but could not get F-Script working for iOS. But in the process I found https://github.com/domesticcatsoftware/DCIntrospect.
It's pretty neat and open source.
Not yet in the trunk but a promising-looking fork by Steve White which I found in Dec 2011 in this thread in the Google Group, quoted to save people looking up:
The standard F-Script distribution doesn't compile on iOS.
Steve White has worked on iOS support and published this: https://github.com/pablomarx/F-Script/commit/19019e31da78a9ef8ecb6eed...
Hopefully we'll be able to integrate it into the main F-Script branch in the future.

BlackBerry java UI development

Is there a tool for BlackBerry java application UI development. I do not find drag and drop options in xml file in eclipse like in Android SDK. Is there something like Droid Draw here too? I am new to BB Java dev, any pointers are appreciated.
Unfortunately no... There is no designer tool for blackberry ui, it must all be done in code. I heard that RIM plans on coming out with something of the kind but there is no such tool available at the moment.
There are tutorials on how to create many of the common UI, if you are searching for something specific I'm sure you can find some sample code to get you started.
