I keep getting this error:
Catastrophic assertion failure
When I try starting the simulator (BlackBerry® Device Simulators v5.0.0.713 (9550)), am using BlackBerry Theme Studio 6.0. What can I do?

I currently have Xcode 12.4 installed.
I launch my iOS simulator (iPhone 12) and open CarPlay by I/O > External Display > CarPlay.
Error Screenshot
I keep getting "CarPlay Not Available. To use CarPlay, enable Siri..." for some reason.
I tried reinstalling Xcode and Simulator, but they won't help. On my other computer, it works just fine.
What should I do?
I updated iOS on my iPad to 11.2.1 and I am seeing the below error when I launch the app from Visual Studio TACO from Windows machine connected to a local iPad.
"Cannot find the app installed on the device. Check that the device is connected, awake, and unlocked".
My Mac has XCode 9.2 and doesn't have device support files for 11.2.1, the latest is 11.2 (15C107).
Could this be due to the missing iOS device support files for 11.2.1 on the Windows machine where VS TACO is installed or, is it due to some certificate related issue?
Since I don't see any certificate related errors in the VS output, I am presuming I got beyond all certificate related issues. Btw, I am using Cordova 4.5.4 and VS TACO 2015.
Are there iOS 11.2.1 device support files that I can download from somewhere ?
As per Apple support I cannot downgrade to an earlier version of iOS on iPad since 11.2.1 is not in beta. Looks like I either need to get an iPad with older version of iOS or find the device support file for iOS 11.2.1 and XCode 9.2.
Really appreciate for any pointers..
I installed the project OneSignal plugin. And I realized all the directions. But when I run the application on the virtual phone as well as on the actual phone, I get a black screen problem. I get a report on xCode. Is this the cause of this?

I create a new project in Xamarin Studio for Mac.
When running this project on Simulator, app crashes immediately after launch. Even before any screen is shown. On Device it is working.
I'm using Xamarin Studio for Mac with alpha channel updates. Now it 5.2 build 379.
Application source code is here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7022824/TestApp2.zip
Application output when I start the app:
Starting iPhone Retina (4-inch)
Launching application
Application launched. PID = 8715
Press enter to terminate the application
>
Application Terminated
Application crashes on Simulator, starts and works on iOS device.
Try: link SDK assemblies only. It seems there are some problems with linker
I am currently experiencing problems launching the Xcode 6 Beta 3 Simulator. Once I launch the IOS Simulator the error "Unable to boot the IOS Simulator." appears. Following the IOS Simulator error, I then get an error from xcode reading "Unable to run app in Simulator An error was encountered while running (Domain = DTiPhoneSimulatorErrorDomain, Code = 2)".
I went to Xcode/preference/Downloads with intentions of seeing a IOS 8.0 Simulator but there was none. Could this be the problem? Am I suppose to have a IOS 8.0 Simulator? If so can someone direct me how to get it? Also, under the "Downloads" tab in Xcode preference I do see IOS 7.0 and 7.1 Simulators and both work fine with Xocde 5.
Reset Content and Settings in iOS Simulator, close it, and then build again.
