I prepare to make a iphone application using flash cs5 on windows 7.
my question is how to use ios ui elements input, scroll, keyboard, select, options, on off etc in flash cs5
if you are using any sdk other than Xcode you have to add the gui elements manually.
Here you are : iOS6 GUI PSD

I have an HTML animation created using Adobe Edge Animate that plays fine in my desktop browser version of Safari (9.0.1)
It doesn't work on the iPad platform it is targeted at, and it transpires that some of the image names in the assets folder are not capitalised. The HTML is calling for 'pasted.svg' for example and the file is called 'Pasted.svg'
OS Safari seems to be using some kind of fuzzy logic to be kind to the developer and is working out which image to use. iOS is not, which doesnt help me bugtest.
Is there a way I can duplicate this behaviour on OS Safari so I dont need to keep loading up to the iPad to test if the animations will work?
Thanks
My application on IOS created with Adobe Air is displaying random black bars on the top and bottom of the screen using an iPhone 5 and all other 4-inch devices.
I have exported the same app on Android, Desktop and HTML and the aspect ratio is rendered correctly. I've also tried changing the stage dimensions to match the iPhone's screen resolution to no avail.
I have enabled high resolution in Adobe Flash CS5 and also targeted the iPhone exclusively. My render method is direct, and yet nothing seems to make the borders disappear. This is what it looks like:
I also tried creating a blank Adobe Air project, and the bars still come up regardless.
I have used Adobe Air SDK 3.2, 3.4, and the latest SDK and nothing works. What is happening?
You need to use the proper launch image for the device you're on. See here and here:

Is it possible to convert a flash button that I have on my site with Adobe Air to work in iOS?
You can convert entire flash apps using http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air/air_for_ios.html, but if you are converting a single button it's not going to be worth the hassle.
Hi dudes I am new to Jquery mobile , I am developing Phone gap application using Jquery Mobile frame work. page theme not applying for total device height in samsung galaxy 10.1 tab. Please help me?
If you are using Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5 in your development, you can check how your project will look on different phone and tablets, because there are with build-in emulators.
The Phone gap support is also build-in in CS5.5.
See here for more details.
When you create a HTML web app for the iPad you can opt to use a precomposed icon. This means that no gradient or styles will be added when the app is installed.
Using the Flex Air to iPad converter I can find no such option. The icon I use is automatically given a gradient overlay.
How do I tell Flex to use a precomposed icon?
thanks,
Chris
