i ha ve a question, i have from 1 year a paid app on app store, now i want to convert the app to gratis app with iAd and possibility to remove iAd with in-app purchase...the problem is that I want to disable iAd for who have buy the app.

As per the Apple guidelines digital contents need to be purchased by In App Purchase.
Ebooks are digital content so you need to integrate In App Purchase. if you use Webpage then your app may get reject.

If you use non-consumable in-app purchases for an universal app, do users need to buy them only once and can use them on both devices or do they need to purchase them for iPhone and iPad?
Non-consumable products are purchased once by users and do not expire or decrease with use. For example, new race tracks for a game could be implemented as non-consumable products.
Means: If you used same iTune account credential then you can download as free.

I've integrated and activated iAd within my app. Apple' sample iad is diplaying while running app in simulator and on device.
App has already been uploaded via itunesconnect as a build for testing.
How can "real" ad be displayed in my app before submitting app to official app store in order to check which kind of ad is displayed?
How can you choose which content / type of ad should be displayed in your app?
Testing real iad content would be very helpful.

There will only be real iAds displayed, after your App is live on the app store.
But yes, you can restrict and exclude ads from specific competitors or unwanted advertisers. You can set it in your itunesconnect preferences in the iAd module.
Real iAds are only displayed in apps which are live on the App Store. You can potentially make your own iAd via iAd maker and test it that way in your app. But other than that, you will only see proper iAds in your app when it is live.
Its also worth taking into account that when your app goes live, it takes Apple a few days before they activate your app for iAds. So you won't see any iAds in your live app for the first few days.
Is it possible to purchase a new app from inApp Purchase in iOS, i know that i can provide a update item in Apple server or in my own server and can provide this as an inApp purchase, but by doing so it will be a same apps update or with added feature buying from InApp Purchase.
But My doubt is, is it possible to buy a separate app say,from a Travel app, purchase an game app through InApp Purchase?
Well, you can install an app trough another app - TestFlight does it for example.
But this kind of app will not pass the AppStore revision if you want to
use inApp purchase mechanism - downloading code is not allowed by Apple.
So while it technically is possible - it just won't go trough.
And if you want to implement your own payment processing: they won't allow an app that acts as an app store.
I have recently develop one app with In-App purchase.
App is also approved by apple.
But the issue is:
My app is displaying on App Store. But there is no "In-App" displaying in app store.
So user doesn't know that, my app has In-App purchase for full version.
I have tested app with In-App.
Is there like that, after some time of app approval, In-App will be displayed on App Store. Because my app is just approved.
Please help me if there is any other setting or I miss any other thing.

We have an app with in-app purchase as well. I'm pretty sure the "Top In-App Purchases" started showing up the day after someone actually purchased it.
Regardless, if you want users to know you have an in-app purchase, you should use your description and screenshots to get that across.
