in my twitter profile which is kushalshah02 there are more than 50000 tweets and 15k followers and i am also following more than 15k people.
I have integrated this profile with my klout then also my klout score is 38.
Contradicting this my friend twitter account - frogmode having less then even 1000 followers and less then 2500 tweets though he has integrated his that profile in klout and his score is 62.
I have also asked he has not integrated any other profile to his klout.
Then how it can be possible?
am i breaking klout protocols? is this the reason that why i am not having so much good score ?
There are a lot of things that go into a Klout score. Just having a lot of followers will not increase it. They filter out known spam accounts and then look at things like retweets on twitter. Your friend likely gets more people to reply/retweet his content. You get a larger bonus for tweets that get spread by more than just your followers. Finally, the more social networks that you connect to Klout the higher your score can go. They are looking for "true reach," so your reach theoretically grows with more networks.

I work for a retail bank and aim to set up real-time analytics solutions for customer applications made online (web/app). Such requests range from opening deposit accounts with the bank to applying for loans, credit cards et al.
I’d like to leverage the applicants’ inputs from the application form plus credit score, salary, and past relationship data with the bank to create real-time, customized interaction with the customer to help them make informed decisions. e.g., if a customer with relatively low income is applying for a premium deposit account, the communication should emphasize on its high cost of maintenance . On the other hand, if a high value customer is requesting for a mid-range credit card, I’d like to try upsell a platinum card.
Such interaction would occur either directly through the bank application interface or customer care executives who are enabled with these analytics-driven recommendations when they speak to the customers.
I seek guidance on how to implement these ideas using machine learning: Relevant techniques, platform that you may have worked on in the past. In general, sharing any experience on similar projects should also be much useful.

I am making an app that allows users to post and view different topics.This app is like Pinterest.
My question is, When i first release the app, the first 100 people that download it, will see very little posts, and the user will most likely delete it. How do i launch the app so there are a lot of posts and activity going on so the users are happy?
Unless you want to have your app full of spam and fake posts which will definitely make your users want to leave, you will have to market your app much like any other app. Tell your friends, family, get into a few forums and let people know, use twitter or other social media.
It's just marketing. Build up a following before you release.

Although if what you mean is how can you get users to post more, you can use methods that allow people to post from using other services e.g, twitter, tumblr, instagram.

I have implemented in all my apps iAd. It works, it brings me some money, but I saw it is possible to implement Google Ad view element too. It takes somewhat more time to understand how to implement. That is a down side. But I can see several app uses it. What can explain its popularity? Does it pay more than iAd?
As with everything ad-related, it depends on your stats. Different types of ads are available in different countries, and there are many ad platforms that try to maximize revenue (for both you and the companies serving them).
Since you've implemented iAd, I'm assuming you're familiar with metrics like tap-through rate (TTR), fill rate, effective cost per mile (eCPM), and impressions. These are important and will determine your revenue on any platform.
That said, Google ads are very popular not just in iOS apps, but across the Internet, which is important. Since Google tracks users' search histories, it has a wealth of information about that user, which you'd assume would bring more relevant ads, bringing you more revenue. However, Apple has data about what apps users have downloaded, which can often be quite relevant.
It's your decision to make, but there are trade-offs for each; while Google may serve more relevant ads, for example, Apple holds advertisers to a higher design standard, resulting in higher-quality ads.
A typical set up is to have the app serve ads from one platform and to use the other in case of failure (i.e. if Apple can't serve an ad when you want one, try Google).

I could not find the answer anywhere on the net, and I'm not sure if stack overflow is the right place for my question. (If not, I do apologize)
Here goes: is it illegal to post youtube videos on my website? I mean embedding it, so that other people can have direct access to the video on youtube, but of course from my website?
EDIT: I disagree with anyone stating that this isn't a coding question. Clearly, I will be programming something which will link up another website. So, despite the legal nature of the question, this question by NO means warrants -2 on the votes, as the legal nature is part of programming. For example, if you rip off something which clearly states that you need to pay a certain amount of money (fonts for example), then as a programmer you still need to pay for the font for fear of being sued. So, if I didn't know the answer to a legal question pertaining to coding, because the PROCESS involves coding, then the way to know is to ask people who deal with day to day situations similar to mine.

Given the fact that a search engine deals with a broad range of topics, to promote a new search engine with google adwords, how do you choose keywords?
Having some Search Exclusive Keywords is a good idea.
Suppose the search engine is "Findforme". A website like this can have the keywords Find, Findforme and so on. Also, having some keywords like "Search Faster" or "Find Faster" should be able to help. Now almost all the time, a user will not look for another search engine in google as they are already satisfied with what google is providing them. Having various popular Search Term Queries (STQ's) as keywords in advertising for their search Engine may help in the ad popping up, although it may not have relevance to the user and the advertiser will end up paying a large cpc.
I searched some of the above listed keywords on google and these were the following results.
