Can glow on the touch point when touch the view in IOS? - ios

Just like the title ,when I touch the UIView I want the touch point to be glow, I came up with a idea that to show a glow image on the touch point ,but if by code?any example or idea?thanks for sharing!!

Well the first step would be to detect the touch on your UIView for that I would recommend using the high level API UIGestureRecognizer andd add to your view. Then you can use the call back to do whatever you want, perhaps some sort of animation?. If so you can use an animation block to animate your changes.

How can I find out if I have a UIView where I am long pressing as I move the touch point?

I am trying to figure out how I can determine if my touchpoint is where I have a UIView as subview or not. The background is UIView itself that I am adding multiple other UIViews to ... So as I long press and am changing the position while holding the touch, I'd like to know if there's a UIView at that point or not.
I have been thinking, still not clear how to go about it but came across this which makes me think of getting the indexes of hierarchy and check of it is larger than 1. But how could I do that for where I'm touching?
Any hint or clue would be appreciated.
You have to store both reference in two objects myParentView and mySubView now just use this method..

Scroll UIImageView image

I want to scroll the image that is inside my UIImageView in case my finger is inside the UIImageView area and i'm moving my finger. I'm trying to do that using objective c. I got it moving, but it act weird and dont work right. Can you please show me how to do that please???

Why not use a scrollView and just add the imageView to it
You can't do this with just an instance of UIImageView. An image view will just hold on to an image and draw that.
Either add that inside a scrollview if you want a simple scroll/paging interface.
(or)
Add that to a UIView, and declare a UIPanGestureRecognizer to the UIView, and check the actions you get. Based on the translation, you can set the frame for the UIImageView.

Can't Detect UIView Children Touches Correctly when Parent UIView is Being Animated

I'm working on an iOS app.
I have a UIView that is being animated. It keeps moving from left to right.
This view has several UIView children. They move within their parent when this is being animated.
When I try to capture user touches on the children (by using a UITapGestureRecognizer), it doens't work as expected. It sort of detect some touches on the children, but not in the position where they currently are.
I've been struggling with this for a while now. Any ideas about how to solve this? I really need to detect which children the user is touching.

There is a UIViewAnimationOptions value...
UIViewAnimationOptionAllowUserInteraction
You can use this in the [UIView animateWithDuration... code.
This will enable the touch.

iPhone - Move object along touch and drag path

I am developing a simple animation where an UIImageView moves along a UIBezierPath, now I want to provide user interation to the moving UIImageView so that user can guide the UIImageView by touching the UIImageView and drag the UIImageview around the screen.
Change the frame of the position of the image view in touchesMoved:withEvent:.

You should also implement touchesEnded:withEvent: and touchesCanceled:withEvent:.
So you want the user to be able to touch an image in the middle of a keyframe animation along a curved path, and drag it to a different location? What do you want to happen to the animation at that point?
You have multiple challenges.
First is detecting the touch on the object while a keyframe animation is "in flight".
To do that, you want to use the parent view's layer's presentation layer's hitTest method.
A layer's presentation layer represents the state of the layer at any given instant, including animations.
Once you detect touches on your view, you will need to get the image's current location from the presentation layer, stop the animation, and take over with a touchesMoved/touchesDragged based animation.
I wrote a demo application that shows how to detect touches on an object that's being animated along a path. That would be a good starting point.

What exactly you would like to do in -(CGPoint) calculatePositionForPoint:(CGPoint)location
is up to you. You could for example calculate point in Bezier path that is the closest to location. For simple test you can do:
-(CGPoint) calculatePositionForPoint:(CGPoint)location {

Along the way you're gonna have to decide what happens if user wonders off to far from your
precalculated Bezier path.

Draw a rectangle which is draggable

If I draw a rectangle on a frame and then I want to drag this rectangle to different positions on this frame. How could I do this? Please add comments if my description is unclear. It might be a bit confusing.
You can create a UIView with any background image and move it on a window by setting its frame as yourView.center = CGPointMake(x,y);
You can detect the point of touch using any/all of touchesBegan , touchesMoved or touchesEnded methods as follows :
