i´ve just created an iOS app that contains lots of media.
Now i just want to know if it´s possible to get an overview of all single files as a report or something like that?
(e.g. Unity3d has this kind of feature. You can see all textures, shaders and so. Maybe Apple already included something...)
Thanks for tips on that..
Slender(App Store Link) might do what you are looking for.

I have a Unity application for iOS and I need to fetch an image from the iPhones photos library and then use it within unity as a texture/2D sprite. I can not find any information on how it could be done.
Any help is much appreciated. :)
For something like this, I think that you are going to need a native plugin. You can either write it yourself (maybe the harder way) or try to find one from the asset store. I don't remember if this is the case anymore, but you may need to have paid for Unity to use / create plugins however.
If you want to try the native plugin route, which is actually a lot of fun in my experience, here is the start of the documentation for it.
https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/NativePlugins.html
I would suspect that you would need to make APIs that are accessible to the Unity side of code that let you call into Objective-C which in turn would call the relevant bits of code at the platform level.

I believe it answers your question of accessing an image from the photo library. Good luck!
I want to get stream of an ip-cam on my iPhone/iPad and want to display it on screen. By R&D i found that ffmpeg is the only way to achieve it but i found nothing on ffmpeg. Is there any other way to achieve it or a confirmed way to get compiled ffmpeg on mac please mention that. Material regarding how to use ffmepg or source code example will be highly appreciated.
Is there nothing built-in framework to achieve it if not then please mention if there is any free framework/sdk to achieve this functionality.
Thanks
There are actually a few.

I am sure if you google you can find more.
I cannot only address the first one, because that is ours, but I didn't want this to sound purely like self promotion.
I am fairly new to building iPhone applications. I have a psd file with a template which I would like to use. How do people normally take the template and get images from it easily? Is there an easier way to do so? Another tool or some function in Photoshop?
Please let me know if there is another discussion on this, as I could not find any such information.
There're a few tutorials on this online. But you can do all of it in Photoshop:

I need to start developing an app to publish interactive magazines for the iPad. However I don't have any idea how I can make the reader. I've been using web views to display normal pdf's, however now I need to use magazines created using Adobe Indesign. Have been looking all over and haven't found anything besides businesses that already provide their own apps for publishing.
If anyone can point me somewhere I can start, I've already looked at a very good tutorial to set up the store and possibly the library:
http://ios-blog.co.uk/articles/tutorials/how-to-make-a-magazine-app-in-ios-part-i/
but i don't think QuickLook is what I need for the reader.
Take a look at this PDF rendering library:
http://pspdfkit.com/
We used it in a similar app, and were very pleased. Peter Steinberger (the author) also gives great support and is very helpful. Previous to purchasing this library, I wrote my own PDF renderer, and I can guarantee you that it's MUCH cheaper to just buy Pete's library. Otherwise, you will spend months to optimize it enough that it runs on iPad 1.
Can anyone help with combining two pdf's together on an iPad? I dont know where to start.
I have an app that contains a lot of single page pdf's and I want to be able to allow the user to merge them together for printing and emailing if they wish.
I have looked at the various CGPDF classes but dont know where to begin.
I am sorry that I don't have an answer for your exact question, but Fast and Lean PDF Viewer for iPhone / iPad / iOs - tips and hints? is an excellent place to start. When I first started with all of this I used the iText library from Java to see what was actually going on behind the scenes with properties etc (since all the iOS CGPDF classes are Opaque).
