I accidentally signed up on app hub as an individual but meant to as a student. Is there anyway of switching this? The same live ID is signed up on dreamspark and verified already.
I tried asking in the app hub forums, but I'm not getting any responses.
Microsoft requires that you submit a support ticket in order to get it changed:

We have a mobile app and our users got a

When they tried to login their YouTube account with iOS (There's no problem with Android devices).
We submitted a verification request long time ago, and we got from YouTube an email (May 26th 2020),(May 26th 2020):
"Hi Adam,
Thanks for working with us on the YouTube API Services compliance review. We have completed your review and do not require any further actions from you at this time.
We may reach out again to re-review your API Client for compliance with YouTube API Services Terms and Policies.
We appreciate your time working with us on this and please continue to comply with the YouTube API Services Terms and Policies."
Since then, nothing had changed and our app hasn't been verified yet, and our users can't connect with their youtube accounts.
What can we do? We are just waiting and we don't even know how to contact YouTube and ask about our specific case/project.

Means that your application has not been verified by google. You need to go through the verification process.
You can use a project for development without verification. However there are some limitations (more information here). Basically, you have now reached the limit of 100 users accessing the application.
If you still havent heard anything from google after they say they have verified your application I think the only thing you can do is to submit it again and double check that you are using a client that was created under the project that you requested verification for there's really nothing else you can do.
I was approached to build an iOS app for a company. What would be the best way to go about this when developing and managing the project?
Would I publish this under my developer profile?

Yes!! Client needs to create their own Apple Developer Account for current and future applications.
They needs to have paid account to publish App on store. Meanwhile either they can add you as developer or share the original credentials with your so you can sign the application with development and distribution certificates for Notification and publish.
It's a one time JOB, but trust me best option for You and your Client as well.

There are three ways you can go about release an app for client:
Release the app on your account and have a written agreement between yourself and the client to forward profits from the app to the client.
Ask them to give your Apple ID access to their account so you can upload it to their account (they shouldn't really give you their credentials for security reasons.
Upload the app to your account and once its gone through the review process you can then transfer ownership of the app from your account to theirs. (Documentation here)
I have a client with an apple developer account. Its brand new and we are both new to Apple.
He has paid to developer an iphone app.
The developer wants to publish the app directly to the store.
The client does not want to share login details for the account.
What options are there?
I am asking because I know on Google Play Developer console you could invite someone to manage your account (or give them publishing priviledges) by inviting them using their gmail email via the console.
Easiest solution. Tell your client to change his password and give you the new password. Publish the app on iTunes, tell your client to change his password back. If he doesn't trust you enough to give you a half-hour access to his account, why on earth does he trust you to write the app in the first place.
Next easiest solution (assumes you have a paid up account.) You publish the app on your account and mark it so it doesn't automatically go in the store after approval. Once the app is approved, transfer ownership to him. There are a whole bunch of restrictions on this process, including No iCloud, Passbook or in-app purchase subscriptions. Next easiest solution would be to give the customer access to the source and explain to him how to build the app and put it in the store.

A new solution is available now. The client could give you admin privileges to his appstore (https://appstoreconnect.apple.com) account.
The easiest solution to this funny question is to let your client share his screen with logged in account at iTunes Connect (via Team Viewer for example). You do all your job and it's all.
I am developing an iOS application for iPad, version 7.x. We Need to perform PayPal transaction via the application. We included PayPal iOS SDK and referring their sample code to perform the transaction.

There are enough funds in the customer account
Also, we have proper Client ID and secret key where funds needs to be transferred.
Both payee and payer have live accounts.
Transaction via their Sandbox account was sucess
Upon debugging the code, we found that we are able to create the payment. However, we get error while the payment is about to be approved.
Here are the error details

Is there any specific configuration which we need to include in our code for making live transaction?
Or is there specific configuration that needs to be done, in one of the accounts?

The issue is that you are not using the correct ClientID. The client ID you are using is not associated with an active App from yoiur developer portal. To correct this, please go into the developer portal and either use a different client ID from a different 'active' app or create a new app.
We discussed this issue with PayPal Technical Support team, and here was the FIX:
We’ve found the issue is actually not with buyer account, some flag was not updated for merchant account "XXX#YYY.com” due to a bug which had in our system at the time it was created.
The fastest workaround to resolve this would be if you could please add another email to same account "XXX#YYY.com”.
Steps to add another email address to "XXX#YYY.com” :
Please login to the PayPal account.
Click on Profile—> Email address. Add another email address.
This solved our issue.
We are a registered Apple affiliate and have a website with a community of iOS developers. Membership is supposed to be only for developers who have published an app to the App Store and we would like to have some way of checking this.
Currently, we ask the developer for the App ID of one of their published apps and then we use this information to find their Artist ID (i.e. developer ID) in our database. However, the user can just copy any app's ID from the iTunes website and sign up with it, even if he isn't really that app's developer.
We thought of one way but don't think it is allowed or possible: the developer specifies the email address used to register in the Apple Developer Program and we then call some API or other resource to verify that email address really is registered. If yes, we then complete the registration process through that email address. Is this possible?
Or is there another way to check if the user has a published app? We don't need a 100% foolproof way: just a minimally reliable approach. Even simply verifying that the user is a registered Apple developer would be okay.
I would investigate using the developer's certificate to sign something, proving that they are the controller of the private key. You would first need to verify terms of use, since I don't know if this use is permitted by Apple, but the cryptography should work fine as an authentication.
You have to be a developer to read the dev forums. Make a post to the dev forums with a code number and then ask the user for that code (post the link like: https://devforums.apple.com/message/799093). It would at least prove they have access to the forums (or to someone who does). I don't think there's a fool-proof way validate a user unless you're Apple.
