Double closure fails in GSP - grails

In a GSP file I write something like this:
${tgs.singleGameSheets.find{it.matchnumber==1}.awayPlayer.fullname()}
But I receive the following error:
org.codehaus.groovy.control.MultipleCompilationErrorsException:
startup failed:
C__STS_Projekte_TischtennisManager_grails_app_views_league__showGameSheet_gsp:
49:expecting '}', found ')' # line 49, column 134.
heets.find{it.matchnumber==1 })
The problem seems to be the double closure as I've found a bug report here.
Unfortunately the solution from the bugreport with the %= and % at the beginning and the end of the tag is not working for me.
Are there any other workarounds or solutions for this double closure problem?
I'm using Grails 1.3.7.

You may have to split this up in to two lines.
Try assigning the find results to a separate var first
<% def r = tgs.singleGameSheets.find{it.matchnumber==1} %>
${r*.awayPlayer.fullname()}

I would recommend firstly to do this sort of data processing in the controller and hand data that is as well prepared as possible down to the view.
If you are unable to do that, I would recommend trying to use parenthesis:
${tgs.singleGameSheets.find{it.matchnumber==1}.awayPlayer.fullname()}
becomes
${(tgs.singleGameSheets.find{it.matchnumber==1}.awayPlayer.fullname())}
That has worked for me on past occasions where I had to do ${(someCollection.findAll { someClause })}

S22.Imap.BadServerResponseException - IMAP xm003 BAD [CLIENTBUG] Command syntax error

Problem with the S22.Imap:
xm003 BAD [CLIENTBUG] Command syntax error
my Search Condition from the Example:
IEnumerable<uint> uids = client.Search(SearchCondition.SentSince(new DateTime(2015, 10, 20)));
oll other SearchCondition's work fine. Pls Help.
The problem is that S22.Imap is sending an incorrectly formatted date string in the SENTSINCE search query.
Since S22.Imap is a dead project, I would recommend switching to my open source MailKit library instead.
Hope that helps.

ROBLOX Lua Error in script: '=' expected near '<eof>'

Hello I am writing a scipt on ROBLOX and I have encountered a problem.
function showVictoryMessage(playerName)
local message = Instance.new("Message")
message.Text = playerName .." has won!"
message.Parent = game.Workspace
wait (2)
message.Destroy()
end
Upon running this function, or more specifically the "message.Destroy" command, I get the error: Error in script: '=' expected near '< eof >'
I have never seen this error before, and the ROBLOX wiki page on Lua errors doesn't mention it.
I would very much appreciate help in this, because I don't personally know anyone who has coded in Lua.
Looks like a syntax error. message.Destroy() should be message:Destroy() according to this Roblox wiki page http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=API:Class/Instance/Destroy
Also see the section Explosions, Messages, and More at URL http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Basic_Scripting which provides similar syntax using the colon (:) operator.
See also Difference between . and : in Lua and explanation of "possible side-effects of calculations/access are calculated only once" with colon notation.
Instead of message.Destroy() it should be message:Destroy()
Remember that '.' are used directory-wise and ":' are used for inbuilt functions.
WOOOOOOOO! It was a syntax error. The correct command is message:Destroy. Cause why would object.Destroy work and message.Destroy not?

HHVM non-deterministic behaviour of the typechecker

I've noticed that calling hh_client is not always returning correct result. For example: I have following pieces of code:
backend\ConvertMessage.hh:
<?hh // strict
namespace ApiBackend\ConvertMessage {
enum Status: int {
success = 0;
// ... error codes
};
// ... some other classes
};
other place in project:
throw new \SoapFault(
'Server',
\ApiBackend\ConvertMessage\Status::getNames()[$result->status]
);
Sometimes, after doing some changes in project I get following error message: Could not find static method getNames in type ApiBackend\ConvertMessage\Status (Typing[4090])
When I remove a semicolon after one of closing curly brackets, hh_client stops displaying error. But when I insert semicolon back on its place, typechecker still gives me No errors! message.
This is not the only file that causes this problem - it happens to all enums.
It seems to me that it is problem with some cache of either hh_client or hh_server.
Thanks in advance for helping me with solving this problem (and sorry if my english is not too good).
You are probably using an outdated version of HHVM. This problem sounds an awful lot like this race condition, which was fixed in HHVM 3.5.0 and newer (and was backported into the 3.3.3 LTS release). Notably, 3.4.x still had the bug.
What version of HHVM are you using?

Xcode 5 Documentation Error

I wanted to describe my code like this
/** Loads and parses the XML file*/
+(NSMutableArray *)loadXML:(NSString *)table;
But when I try to use the quick help for loadXML: Xcode crashes with this Error:
ASSERTION FAILURE in /SourceCache/IDEPlugins/IDEPlugins-5064/IDEQuickHelp/Models/IDEQuickHelpContentCreator.m:321

Line 1: attributes construct error
Line 1: Couldn't find end of Start Tag Function
}
Could anyone help me please?
Sorry for my bad english
Delete the "LaunchScreen.xib" from your project and you are done.
Sounds like it's time to submit a bug report to Apple's bug reporter.
If you restart your computer and re-launch Xcode, does the crash occur again?

<eof> expected near 'end'

I'm using these files in my gaming server, and every time I add a new player model, I get
[ERROR] lua/autorun/server/fastdlskins.lua:938: '<eof>' expected near 'end'
1. unknown - lua/autorun/server/fastdlskins.lua:0
I also get a similar error when I add an add-on to a different file
[ERROR] lua/autorun/server/workshopitems.lua:55: '<eof>' expected near 'end'
1. unknown - lua/autorun/server/workshopitems.lua:0
I usually just have to put an 'end' after the code, but I don't see what else I'm required to do. I don't have any loops running (I think), so I'm not closing any of those out. Not sure what to do.
As Egor said, remove the extra end at the end of the files.
end is only used to close blocks for functions and loops, like } in C-like languages. The end at the file is not closing anything, and is thus invalid syntax.
