I hope to migrate one of my apps to BlackBerry Tablet OS. Does it have WYSIWYG GUI tool that integrates with Eclipse or Visual Studio, or do have to use a HTML/CSS/JavaScript editor?
I don't know of a WYSIWYG GUI tool for the Tablet OS, sorry. There are some excellent HTML/CSS editors out there though, you may want to look at FogCreek's latest offering : WebPutty

I need a fast and reliable HTML5 Browser component. For my needs TWebBrowser is too slow. I came across Chromium embedded but the components I found (DCEF3, DCEF4) are relying on Windows units. Also, there are no libraries for OSX32 as chromium is only available on 64 Bit for Mac.
Is there an alternative approach for native HTML5 for FMX on Windows, Linux and OSX?
Background: I use Delphi, FMX and FMXLinux to create a cross platform application on Windows, OSX and Linux and would like to embed and deploy Chromium together with TMS Webcore to offer a fat client and web access simultaneously without having to develop complicated forms twice (FMX and Web).

There is a version of DCEF maded by Salvador DF that can be compiled in Firemonkey at: https://github.com/salvadordf/CEF4Delphi.
It is a library for Delphi that i have tested on Windows 32&64Bit with good results.
I need to try it on fmxLinux using the binaries that you can find at: http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds/index.html
But i think there is some work to do.
Please give suggestion me which software requirement for developing windows mobile based application?
You could use a number of applications, such as Microsoft's Visual Studio, which is probably a good place to check.
These are the tools of the trade.
When you install the Windows Phone SDK, you get the following free tools and components.
Expression Blend for Windows Phone
Visual Studio 2010 Express for Windows Phone
Windows Phone emulator
XNA Game Studio 4.0
Silverlight
-.NET Framework 4

I'm interested in developing desktop apps for Windows, but it would be most convenient if I could develop these apps on my Mac OS X Air laptop, without running a virtualization environment. How far can you get developing Windows GUI Desktop apps using mono and F# on OS X?
If you aim for WPF - not far. Sadly, you will have problems with WPF even in a virtualized Windows environment, as it uses 3D acceleration.
Sticking to the "traditional" Windows Forms works, but they are not the preferred way to create new applications nowadays.
You could use a cross-platform UI toolkit. Monodevelop uses GTK#, there are probably others. It'll run everywhere without modification but will look somewhat alien everywhere. That's the tradeoff you make for not having to make a different UI per platform.
Instructions for using F# from Monodevelop are detailed here. Hopefully with that you should be good to go!
I have already download the windows phone develop tools but I don't know how to using F# to developing the app, currently it's C#.
Installing a template for 'F# and Windows Phone' into Visual Studio makes life a little easier. If you open Visual Studio and go to Tools->Extension Manager it will open the Extension Manager dialog. From there, if you select the online gallery and type 'F# Windows Phone' into the search box you can find a couple of templates that should help you get started. Most of them were written by Daniel Mohl. His blog can be found here Daniel Mohl
Currently we have an application which allows the user to include/remove the pages, images and text(which is given to the printer, using hooking we are getting the printed document and then processing it).
Now we want to develop the same for Metro UI style application for Windows 8.
So what is the starting point to develop the above said application using XAML and C#?
Should we need to learn HTML5, Javascript to develop Metro UI style application?
If you are familiar with Javascript and HTML, then using Javascript could be what you want. Microsoft claims that Javascript, C++ and C# are just different projections of WinRT APIs. So theoretically, if you can write the app in C#+XMAL, then you should also be able to write it in Javascript+HTML5.
So the question is really which language you are more proficient in or which language do you prefer to use.
Visual Studio 11 Express Beta and Windows 8 Consumer Previews are available for free at this point, so there is no cost for you to start your development.
Here is a bundle of Consumer Preview samples:

Here is a link for the printing API:

Hope this will get you started on your application.
