Just wondering, I have a developer account for one year and I published a app on app store.
but after one year, the account expired and my app still making money by download or AD, can I still get the revenue? and the app will still online until apple make any policy changed?
Thanks.

From apple's documentation
What happens if I do not renew my iOS Developer Program membership?
If you do not renew your iOS Developer Program membership, you will
retain your status as an Apple Developer and will have access to free
development resources, but you will lose your ability to distribute
applications on the App Store and your access to the iOS Provisioning
Portal. In addition, your existing Development and Distribution
certificates and provisioning profiles will be revoked and
invalidated. You will also lose access to pre-release software,
available discussion forums, and Developer Technical Support.
From what I understand from this, Your app is as good as removed from the app store..:(

Like most of us considering TestFlight (recently bought by Apple) and Apple Enterprise Developer Program, I am hoping to let users download my app without UDID hassle.
Considering Apple just bought TestFlight and setting up of TestFlight is easier than Apple Enterprise Developer Program, do you think I would be able to let users download my app without any UDID requirement with TestFlight?
Added benefit of TestFlight is that it can allow up to 2,000 users to download the app compared to 100 for Enterprise program.
EDIT: Enterprise program can allow unlimited user. Guess this can change to cost of $300 for Enterprise program.
I'll be grateful if any of you can comment on this and if there's some hidden loophole that I am not aware of.
Should I use TestFlight over Enterprise Program to ensure my users would be able to download the app without any hassle?
Use TestFlight. The Enterprise program is for in-house users and devices only, not external ones. This is a legal limitation of the program, not a technical one.

Well this might be a really silly question but I am curious to know about validity of application on apple or itune store.
Like if i have a registered developer account and uploaded an application through it. Now developer account is valid for 1 year. And i dont want to renew it after 1 year, so what about the applications that i have uploaded on store? Will they be still available from store? And what about the applications that already downloaded by user from apple store??
No, if your developer membership expires, your apps will no longer be available on App Store. However, your app will continue to function for people who already downloaded it.
As the Apple developer program membership FAQ puts it:
What happens to my apps on the App Store if I do not renew my
membership?
If your membership expires, your apps will no longer be available for
purchase and will not appear in search results on the App Store.
However, if you renew your membership after it has expired, your apps
will be available for purchase on the App Store within 24 hours. You
do not need to resubmit your apps.
You can read more from Apple's membership FAQ, here: Apple Developer Program Renewals FAQ

I have developed an iPhone application, which is already inside iTunes available for download.
Apple also gives you access to the developers member area and many other tools.
Does anyone know, what happens if I decide not to renew ? Does this affect my existing app from download or function in existing devices? Which are the consequences ?
From the iOS program support center
What happens if I do not renew my iOS Developer Program membership?
Once your membership expires, your apps will no longer be available on
the App Store and you will lose the ability to submit new apps. You
will lose access to pre-release software, the Apple Developer Forums,
Developer Technical Support, and the Certificate Utility. In addition,
your existing iOS Distribution certificates will be revoked and
invalidated. Finally, if you enrolled in the program as a company, you
will lose the ability to manage your development team.
You will, however, retain your status as a Registered Apple Developer
and will have access to free development resources.
I think that says pretty much all, the users that downloaded your apps will still be able to use them I'm sure, but the apps will not be available on the store anymore.

I've seen similar question but didn't find one that answered fully my questions. Here it is:
My developer program expires in August 2012. I have apps on the App store that have a distribution provisioning profile created with a certificate that expires in December 2012.
When I renew my developer program in August, will my apps continue to work without me having to take any actions on existing device and also be available on the app store?
When my certificate expires in December 2012, do I need to recreate a new certificate, then a new distribution provisioning profile and then re-submit the exact same code to Apple to keep the apps installed working and also so that they are available on the Apple store?
Thanks a lot for your help.
Your apps will continue to work and be available in the App Store if you renew your developer program membership. If you do not renew it, your apps will no longer be available in the App Store, although people who have currently installed versions will still be able to use them.
When your certificate expires, there should be an option to renew it on the provisioning portal. You do not need to resubmit the app again as the one that is already in the App Store is still valid. However, the valid certificate is needed if you ever want to submit an update to the app or submit any new apps.

If a company has an iOS app that it wants to distribute to its customers, but it doesn't want that app to be submitted to the app store and subject to the App Store submission criteria, then can it use the Enterprise app development program to do that? - or is the enterprise program strictly for app development and distribution within a company?
This is all spelled out pretty clearly in the information Apple provides about the enterprise program. For example, you can start with this page which says unambiguously:
You plan to only distribute your iOS apps within your company or organization
There's much more detail in the enterprise program agreement.
Yes, you could do that. The devices from the other company just need your distribution provisioning profiles. We did that in my previous company a lot.
Not sure if it's officially legal though.
