I am trying to translate The Buffet Framework with the help of Codestyling Localizazion. But somehow the theme simply doesn't use my translation.
Is there something I forgot to consider? Any experience with that?
Thanks in advance.
In your wordpress directory, find wp-config.php then edit
define ('WPLANG', '');
to your language, example below:
define ('WPLANG', 'id_ID');
Does your theme have the line …
load_theme_textdomain(domain-name);
… in its functions.php? domain-name should match your text domain.

I try to make my gatsby page multilingual.
I am using gatsby-plugin-react-i18next, i18next and react-i18next like in documentation.
i18n adds language prefix but page url is still the same. How i can translate friendly url?
i have: domain/es/hello-world
but i want: domain/es/hola-mundo
Is there a simple solution to this in GatsbyJS or is it more complicated?
I have found a solution to our problem. I have created a .json file with the original path and the one I want to change. For example: /es/contact/": "/es/contacto.
I create this file manually, and I add a path for each page that I want to change the path. Then, in the gataby-node file, I create the oncreatepage api (there is documentation for this api). In this function, I take the page parameter.
if page.path == to some .json file path, change the path to that of the .json file.
Thks for help. Finally i found perfect answer for my needs. gatsby-plugin-i18n-l10n have all i need for multilingual gatsby website with url translation too. I really recommend this module and I appreciate the work of the creators.
Here is link to github where you can find that plugin:
gatsby-plugin-i18n-l10n
I have some .yml files that may be dynamic. So I wanted to add this kind of code on my html:
<h3><%=data.fitness_programs["#{f.filename}"].en.title%></h3>
Looks line the rails "#{var_in_here}" is not possible here.
How can I do this?
My bad, as this was a loop of filenames I did not realize I had an error in one of these. The code above does work :)
Hi I've got problem with translations in WP.
It looks like my WP is not reading translation files (.po/.mo).
I am using Roots theme which have from the beginnig support of localization
load_theme_textdomain('roots', get_template_directory() . '/lang');
However WP still output 'text' instead 'texttekst' in _e('text', 'roots')
I am also using a CodeStyling Localization which works quite well
And for changing locale Xili Language plugin.
Any help will be appreciated ;)
did you try to change in the wp-config.php file .
Just look for the line define('WPLANG', 'xx_XX'); ( line number 72 in my pack) and chagne xx_XX to your the language you expected. also don't forget to load the mo/po file.
a good software you would use is poedit to translate the text.
good luck
How can I rewrite my url changing my default prefix .html or .php in / ?
For example look here: http://www.anderssonwise.com/studio/vision/
I've found this tut but nothing happen:
http://www.spencerdrager.com/2010/02/07/hide-php-extension-in-url-using-htaccess/
You have to use URL Rewrites, which is why Krister asked you if you have mod_rewrite enabled. It's not the simplest thing in the world to do but here's a pretty good tutorial:
http://www.addedbytes.com/articles/for-beginners/url-rewriting-for-beginners/
You create a folder, in this example, /page/ and within that folder create index.html and then you'll be able to access the page like: http://domain.com/page/
It's possible modify or change a color scheme (Color SpeedSetting) in the Rad-Studio?
There is an entry in the Windows Registry? or must edit some file?
Thanks in advance.
It doesn't look easy at first glance.
I found the following under then HKCU path:
\HKCU\Software\CodeGear\ETM\12.0\Color
with the following sub-keys
List item
Classic
Default
Ocean
Twilight
Each key has what appear to be color constants but there doesn't appear to be enough constants to make it the right section.
The list of values under each key:
Auto_TranslatedItemColor
EditBackgroundColor
EditForegroundColor IsOEM
Non_editBackgroundColor
Non_editForegroundColor
SelectionBackgroundColor
SelectionForegroundColor
TranslatedItemColor
UntranslatedItemColor UnusedItemColor
That's all I've got, with out spending a lot more time from the looks of it.
It's probably stored in a BPL as a Opentools API object.
Take a look at OP's https://github.com/rruz/delphi-ide-theme-editor, it supplies thousands of themes. Yes, the OP makes one himself.
Thanks for the OP's awesome project.
Thanks for #Nicholas point out this for me.
