Can i invite a user as with MCC with Adwords API - google-ads-api

I have been struggling with this, i know that the Google Adwords API has a bunch of service to create custom application with the AdWords, but with MCC i can invite a user that i would like to managed its account, so is there a Adwords call that does that?

Answering my own question from the oficial Adwords API Forum this thread final response was:
Hello, That functionality is not
part of the AdWords API, no. Sorry to
disappoint. Cheers,

That is too bad i needed that functionality ASAP.

Since v201302 u can invite other accounts via Google-AdWords-API.
Because i cant serve a better description please use this link to the API-Documentation:

this is about youtube api for logging in and cancelling/subscribing premium subscription?

So I basically have not idea about programming but I do know that through API this problem can be solved.
So I am looking to create a saas platform which will help users to subscribe/unsubscribe their youtube premium subscriptions whenever they want as well as pay their subscription amount via us.
Is there any feature of the Youtube API which can help me to solve this problem of mine? If yes then how to go forward with it in details?

How to use Luis.ai Auth Settings

Can anyone provide a URL or tutorial to the help with setting up the Auth Settings tab in Luis.ai?  I am building a tool that allows anyone without coding experience to create a Chat Bot exclusively based on Luis.ai and it's Cognitive Services API.  I could ask users to provide their app id and subscription id; but I would rather have an Oauth login so they wouldn't have to share those keys with my service.
I asked Microsoft through there support over a week ago, and no response. I am just trying to understand if Oauth configuration is possible and how?   Any insight would be much appreciated.
Spoke with Microsoft and currently the ability to Share the service without divulging the subscription key is not available; however if you visit this Microsoft URL and vote for the feature, they will consider it.

It is currently under review for implementation.

Is it possible to integrate Outlook Social Connector with Rails?

I'm currently investigating the possibility to connect rails applicatrion with exchange for getting user information. I think to create rails page with user profile, and get profile information from exchange.
I found this: Outlook Social Connector
As I understand, this is an API for getting information about user (contact list, updates, new e.g.) from exchange, isn't it?
So, please, help me to understand this thing...
Is it possible to get facebook-updates of my outlook-contacts using some of EWS/Social Connector APIs ?
No, the Outlook Social Connector is a way that Outlook can connect to social networks. It sounds like you want to access data in the Exchange server. Have you looked at the REST APIs? There's a Rails sample here: https://github.com/jasonjoh/o365-vcftool. The code from that sample is also wrapped in the ruby_outlook gem.

How to receive user information when user is authenticated with Google Adwords OAuth

I'm building a web application with the google adwords API (ASP.NET Client library v14.5.0).
I'm using the builtin OAuth libraries to authenticate a user. Everything is working fine, but now I want to get user information, such as emailaddress and name from the user thats logged in.
Does somebody knows how this works?
Thanks!
Patrick
AdWords API doesn't provide this information, you could try getting the User profile information instead. See https://developers.google.com/accounts/docs/OAuth2Login#userinfocall for details.

Working with google adwords api

What i need to do to use Google AdWords API? Is it real that i must register at My Client Center, pay money and pass stupid tests on google testing service?
in order to use AdWords API, you need to:
have a regular Google AdWords account (not My Client Center - MCC one) with campaigns
have an MCC account... which cannot have campaigns but have an access to API
link your regular AdWords account with the MCC account
ask for API access from your MCC Account (My Profile section)
pay for API use per Google's rate sheet
... you can apply for free API usage, however this does come with a cost. This is where you need to do those stupid tests to get recognized as Certified Partner and fulfill some other requirements. And yes, you need to pay for these tests (last time I checked, it was $50 per test, there are about 4 of them for AdWords altogether, don't know how many you need to pass to get certified though).
P.S.: those 2 accounts (AdWords and MCC) cannot be combined and for some reason only the MCC one has access to API... wierd but that goes "by design" according to API Support (can't find the link at the moment).
You can use the Adwords API without having a MCC or passing any tests, even WITHOUT having an Adwords account, by using the Adwords API sandbox
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/sandbox.html
Of course this is to be used only for developing and testing purposes..
For getting Google AdWords API access you do not need to give any test.
Google adwords api is free for basic access but billing detail you need to
provide to google adwords.
you can refer this link for sign Up process and how to get approve token,
