Where can I find the latest version of XNA to download? - xna

I'm using Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate and I after searching for XNA Download on google, I found this page:
http://blogs.msdn.com/b/xna/archive/2010/09/16/xna-game-studio-4-0-available-for-download.aspx
Following the link there, I get to this page:
http://create.msdn.com/en-US/SiteError.aspx?404;aspx&404;http://create.msdn.com:80/launchcenter?lc=1033
So this is kind of confusing for someone starting out.
What is the latest release version of XNA I can use for PC/WP7 game development?
Where can I find the installer to download it?
I don't need a bootstrapper to download Visual Studio for me, as I already has the IDE installed. Thank you!

Here: Microsoft XNA Game Studio 4.0 download.
Also see Windows Phone Developer Tools: Offline ISO Image.
But note that the Web Installer available here will only download and install what you need. Since you already have Visual Studio, it will just integrate itself nicely.

The latest version is XNA 4.0. The bootstrapper is a smart installer and only installs the components you are missing. For example if you have Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate then it is not going to install the Express version as well. It also includes a Windows Phone emulator if you are interested in that. And here's the direct link to the installer.

XBOX LIVE NuGet for UWP Games with DirectX: How to install the nuget?

I have a problem and I was wondering if anyone could help me. In a nutshell:
I applied to the Creators Program,
I downloaded the SDK for XBOX Live,
I upgraded my Visual Studio 2015 to the Update 3
I installed the latest Windows 10 SDK, as instructed
I created a brand new title, and
I have a game as a UWP app using DirectX (I have not released, it is a brand new game that I was going to release at the Windows store eventually).
My Problem is:
At the step where it says to link the XBOX Live NuGet, I just cannot find it on the list.
I already browsed the entire SDK, and I cannot find any "readme" or "help" documentation that could guide me about how to install it.
My Question is:
Does anyone know how I can install it, or would it be better if I go through the "Add a reference to the source code" instead?
To add references to Xbox Live API NuGet packages in your project, in Visual Studio go to “Manage Nuget Packages”
You can enter “Xbox Live” (without quotes) in the search field in NuGet and you will find four variants of the Xbox Live API.
Choose the C++ for UWP Nuget package.

How can I get Microsoft Document Explorer, which is missing from my Delphi installation?

I installed my Delphi 2005 Personal but after running the IDE it gives me AV and some help bpl file error. I came to a conslusion that this occurs because somehow I don't have installed Microsoft Document Explorer.
Then my question is: where can I download Microsoft Document Explorer? I can't find any links myself. I think it comes with Visual Studio but I don't want to install it only to have a help system in Delphi.
Update
When installing Delphi I did a certain trick to not install .NET 1.0 stuff and I did wrong. There was the Microsoft Document Explorer in one of these packages. Just had to install the .NET SDK.

Afaik it is part of MSDN, but that is an huge download:

The Embarcadero FTP server might also be a smart location to check.
I found same problem when trying to install devExpress component for Delphi 2010. Problem was solved when reinstalling the help build.

how to set up windows phone develop environment and using F# to develop application?

I have already download the windows phone develop tools but I don't know how to using F# to developing the app, currently it's C#.
Installing a template for 'F# and Windows Phone' into Visual Studio makes life a little easier. If you open Visual Studio and go to Tools->Extension Manager it will open the Extension Manager dialog. From there, if you select the online gallery and type 'F# Windows Phone' into the search box you can find a couple of templates that should help you get started. Most of them were written by Daniel Mohl. His blog can be found here Daniel Mohl

Difficulty Installing XNA Game Studio 4.0 and Visual Studio 2010

Does anyone know how to properly install XNA Game Studio 4.0 with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 ? I have been having trouble getting the XNA Game Studio to recognize the Visual Studio. I read that once installed you should be able to run Visual Studio from under the XNA folder in the Start Menu, but I found no such option. I have an assignment due in a couple of days and I'm really in a panic right now to get this installed right. Any help will be much appreciated.
I'm running PC with Windows 7 installed and I just installed Microsoft Visual Studio Express C# 2010 and Microsoft XNA Game Studio 4.0.
Please give step by step instructions if possible. Thanks for taking the time read this post!
Start Visual C# & create a new project. You should be able to choose either Windows Game or Xbox 360 Game as your project type.
I had the same issue. I just reinstalled XNA Game Studio 4.0, loaded visual studio and then clicked on XNA Game Studio 4.0 under Installed Templates. Hope this helps.

Spark view engine - why there is no VS integration in version 1.1?

I downloaded Spark 1.1 release from http://sparkviewengine.codeplex.com/releases/view/27601 and cannot find the msi package for Visual Studio integration promised in docs.
Can anyone explain why?
For VS2008 support, I'm not sure why it's not included in the latest downloads on codeplex, but you can still get the .msi from the download on spark downloads page.
For VS2010, the answer is a little bit more complicated. The short version though is that the visual studio editor changed drastically in VS2010 and the way the old plug-in was providing intellisence is no longer appropriate.
I was able to get the msi installed and working from 1.0.39935.0 with 1.1. I had to close and re-open VS and a few pages.
