I've came across a code of couple projects from the Rails Rumble 2010 hosted on Github. But this is just a tiny percent of total amount of projects.
Is it possible to have a read-only copy of git repositories from all(or best) projects from Rails Rumble 2010?
P.S. I really tried to find an answer on official website
It's up to individual teams whether or not they open up their code.
On the Contest Rules page under section 8, Ownership and Open Source:
Hey, we’re just running a competition here. What you do with your source once the competition is over is up to you. We encourage participants to open source the codebase of their applications for the benefit of the community. However, if you choose not to open source your application, well that’s up to you.

How do I find a job as a junior Ruby on Rails developer? I am eager to improve my skills and be a part of something bigger.
-You apply on your local job ads (There are several job offers in the UK for example in jobsite or indeed).
-You work on freelancer.com or other similar sites
-You find a project that requires a full stack dev in forums, or amongst family members, and build the project (either free or for a fee) with rails to gain experience.
-You contribute to open-source projects based in rails before looking for a job to make sure you have something to display on your CV and then do 1 to 3.
-You build your own project (Preferably open-source) to have something to display on your CV and then do 1 to 3.

Can any one suggest me any library in javascript(client end) document editor where user can view and edit the documents like doc, docx, odf etc.
I have tried webodf but it doesn't support doc/docx. Also, it's not getting implemented properly as editor.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Your best bet is to look for converters, and then edit the converted content.
I've been looking for a working solution now for a couple of weeks, and the best I've found to date is docx2html.
Depending on your development platform you might also want to Google 'ONLYOFFICE Document Server Community Edition'. They have in page editors for Word, Excel and Powerpoint - but they're asp. It's an open source platform and available on Github. Might be worth a look though.

Does anyone know of a web app and/or software that can be installed and run locally to share code snippets?
We would like to encourage code reuse and re-factoring within our organization but using sites like http://snippets.dzone.com/ or http://pastebin.com/ wouldn't work very well in this scenario because we want to keep this private. Visual Studio has support for code snippets but that's geared more towards individual developers and not for group sharing.
Does anyone have any suggestions for an app/tool that might accomplish this goal?
you can use http://codetidy.com/ or https://gist.github.com/

I have a static website and I want to use the N2 Cms + Asp.Net Mvc,
I don't know how to start sorting thins up, when should I create a page, and when should I use a part, and what controllers should I make ?
does any one have a blog or a tutorial?
I saw their N2.Template project but it is too complicated,
and lacks the documentation ?
You might also be interested in this PDF that someone on the N2 mailing list created:
http://interferencelogik.com/docs/N2CMS_TheLittleHandbook.pdf
The documentation Dan linked to is a bit sparse and not very well maintained, but the basic concepts haven't changed much recently and they cover them pretty well.
EDIT:
the link provided earlier is no longer working, and here is a new link:

An open source project called Beast implemented a forum in about 500 lines of Ruby on Rails code. The project seems to have fallen silent (http://beast.caboo.se/). Is there an open source project that replaces beast and is compatible with the database schema defined for Beast? I have used Beast to sponsor a forum and would like to upgrade and move the deployment from Ubuntu to OS X on a more recent version of Ruby on Rails.
Have you looked at altered_beast? Ground-up rewrite of Beast
If you're just looking to obtain the source for Beast, try this SVN tree.
