Relaunch an existing iOS app on App Store after changing the signing certificate?

Apologies in advance if this is a bad question though I really need to understand this. I got to know that we can resign any .IPA file without having the need of code. Following are the links with the solution.
https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/71343
https://coderwall.com/p/dgdgeq/how-to-re-sign-ios-builds
This brings a question to my mind that by doing this anyone can relaunch any existing app. Let’s say, I download the .IPA file of any famous app like “Angry Birds”. Now using the above mentioned process, I can resign the app using my certificates and launch it in my name. I am sure this won't be possible at all and I am missing something big.
Can anybody please help me understand how it works ? Thanks for your help.

iCloud Entitlement to app?

So, I've registered for Apple's Developer program just yesterday and I've added my details in Xcode.
I'm just playing around with it and following this tutorial as a learning curve if you wish (as I haven't really played much with libraries like CloudKit, Location Manager and so on):
https://thinkster.io/swift-ios-app/#saving-our-data-using-cloudkit-enabling-cloud-kit-in-our-app
If you scroll a bit, you will see that it requires to sign in with your developer's account in order to activate iCloud.
That's cool, but I get 2 errors that I can't figure out how to solve (and where to solve it):
I'm new to this and I tried google-ing it (of course), but I couldn't figure out how to solve it.
Click Capabilities to view app services you can add to your app. From there, turn on the iCloud service:
Read more about this here
Edit: You may need to enable iCloud in Member center too
I solved the issue. I can't really tell how, but I've connected my iPhone to Xcode and clicked on "Fix issues" again it worked this time. Not sure why or how...

Are these invalid iOS Provisioning Profiles an issue?

I dont know why, how and when but this is the situation today in my developer console:
Now I need to update my application but Im scared that because of this situation, my app won't work anymore like it should (for example push notifications).
Can anybody tell me what's going on, if this is a problem with my update, if I must fix it, or whatever...?
Thank you
It's not an issue. Xcode has a tendency to invalidate lots of profiles when you click "Fix" sometimes when there is an issue. You can go in to the profiles, edit them and recreate them without any adverse effects.
You can use Sigh which seems a good way of managing your profiles: https://github.com/KrauseFx/sigh

As for me, the red text claiming "NOT REGISTERED" in the status column seems a bit like your 'signing account' does is not configured to sign BBM features. The signing is made remotely at RIM servers and your account has to be marked as being-able-to-use-API-named-XXX. If I were you, I'd really listen to the message seen in "details" and simply as the RIM about that error and/or access to the API.
