Google Coral Environmental Sensor Board reports NaN for all measurements

When running the Google Coral Environmental Sensor Board on a fresh Raspbian install and fresh installation of the Google Coral Raspberry Pi library, all measurements are NaN (not a number) when running the Google demo code.
Is this an indication that the board is broken, even if the display works fine?
Reinstalled Raspbian OS on a Raspberry Pi 0 w and reinstalled Coral Raspberry Pi library.
Google demo code is here:

Neo4j Desktop - applications showing as "Not Installed"

About 10 days ago I installed "Neo4j Desktop" on Windows.
Everything worked fine until yesterday when the "Neo4j Browser" application in the desktop app started showing as "Not Installed" (See Screen shot of the problem)
I can still run it in a web browser but I'd rather use the Neo4j Browser app.
I looked all over and couldn't find anything about this.
I had the same issue in Neo4j Desktop 1.1.7.
I have reinstalled it but didn't solve. Finally, from User Profile of Neo4j Desktop, signing out first and signing in again solved this issue in my case.
I have Neo4j Desktop 1.1.8 on my mac and I had the same issue. The problem was that I enabled offline mode when I was on the airplane and at home the offline mode was still enabled and browser was shown as "not installed". So I disabled the offline mode, restarted the desktop app and now it is working properly.

Intel Edison no longer supported?

Last year I got pretty excited with Android things and bought an Intel Edison to try it on. I recently found some time to work on it and realized it is no longer a supported hardware and I am not able to do any thing with it. :(
Any help would be appreciated!
Intel has stopped support, but there is still community activity: there is a Yocto image builder that currently builds Yocto Warrior and Debian Buster with kernel v5.4 here: https://edison-fw.github.io/meta-intel-edison/

Delphi 10.2 unable to create process: Access denied

Installed Delphi 10.2 (Tokyo) and compiled my very first hello word application. Getting weird error "unable to create process: Access denied" while debugging or running application. Application gets compiled successfully, but the IDE is not able to execute the exe, it seems. Also tried disabling AV and firewall; but it dint help. Can anyone help?
EDIT:
Added below Procmon screenshot per the suggestion by Lieman. I a virtual machine (win 7) and it works the same way in win 10. Both of them give similar PROCmon statistics. Not sure what next.
Edit 2
Uninstalled the Comodo firewall and the issues are resolved!!

Windows Mobile Device Center stops working after "not supported bluetooth function" driver is installed

I run the drvupdate-64 installer which runs until it closes and I get a notification in the tray icon that '"not supported bluetooth function"' was successfully installed as a driver.
I found that a bit weird and after that NOTHING happens with the installer, it just dissapers and doesn't come back.
In task manager I can see it running as 'driver_setup.exe' with the description 'windows mobile device center setup' but that's it, nothing else seems to be happening.
Any ideas what's going wrong and how I can fix this? I need it to get the windows mobile sdk to install.
I had to navigate to the install directory of WMDC Driver Update and find the installer to continue the process, the installer was bugging out on me and not proceeding to the next step for some reason...
I had a similar issue when installing on Dell laptops models 7480, 7280. I had tried updating removing device drivers as per Microsoft Answers with no success.
Having come across the above I did continue the installer process as per tweetypi comment but still had issues. I was able to install and get this working as per following steps:
After running the WMDC installer I could see that in task manager the install process "driver_setup.exe" was still running.
As per tweetypi answers I then navigated to the install directory for WMDC Driver Update to find the installer and continue the process:
C:\Windows\WindowsMobile
I opened each Drivers folder (Bluetooth, RNDIS, Serial) in turn and run the “wmupdate” installer.
Windows Mobile Device Centre was then listed on my programs list but would not launch.
I then opened Device Manager from Control Panel. Changed view to show hidden devices. This revealed 'Bluetooth Virtual Devices' > 'Not Supported Bluetooth function'.
I then uninstalled this driver and checked delete the driver software for this device
After this, I ended the “driver_setup.exe” process within task manager. Then run the “driver_setup.exe” install file once more. The install process was then able to complete and the Windows Mobile Device Centre was now launching.
The device I needed to connect was for USB, I'm not sure about functionality for Bluetooth after removing the virtual device.
