I'm trying to install Kubeflow on mac m1.
I have a single node Kubernetes cluster running from Docker Desktop. The version is V1.25.0. kubectl get nodes returns a single node.
I am trying to install Kubeflow with kfctl
kfctl version gives kfctl v1.2.0-0-gbc038f9
When I execute the command
kfctl apply -V -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kubeflow/manifests/v1.2-branch/kfdef/kfctl_k8s_istio.v1.2.0.yaml
I'm getting the following error
clusterrole.rbac.authorization.k8s.io/application-controller-cluster-role unchanged
clusterrolebinding.rbac.authorization.k8s.io/application-controller-cluster-role-binding unchanged
service/application-controller-service unchanged

It looks like some version mismatch, any idea what should be the right version combinations between K8s, Kfctl, and YAML files?
I could not set this up on M1 as 64-bit VM is not supported. As a work around I used MiniKF from Arrkito hosted in the AWS marketplace
https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-7shm7yqkubjhg?sr=0-1&ref_=beagle&applicationId=AWSMPContessa
This will set up Kubeflow on Single EC2 instances.

I installed (Fresh) PGO following this document : https://access.crunchydata.com/documentation/postgres-operator/v5/installation/helm/
it got deployed but the pod is in "ImagePullBackOff" state.
and "https://registry.developers.crunchydata.com/crunchydata/" is not accessible (404), saying that "This container version is no longer available".
I think the images can be found here: https://hub.docker.com/u/crunchydata
I just tried to install PGO following your link and don't have any issue. What do you have when you execute: docker pull registry.developers.crunchydata.com/crunchydata/crunchy-postgres:centos8-14.1-0 from a worker node in your cluster if your container runtime is docker .
I am trying to install VECTR on the GCP Ubuntu instance and following the official writeup for the same.
I used apt-get to install requirements (docker-ce, docker-ce-cli, containerd.io, docker-compose, unzip) on Ubuntu (GCP).
But while trying to run docker-compose up -d , I am getting issues with the docker-compose version.
ERROR: Version in "./docker-compose.yml" is unsupported. You might be seeing this error because you're using the wrong Compose file version. Either specify a version of "2" (or "2.0") and place your service definitions under the services key, or omit the version key and place your service definitions at the root of the file to use version 1.
Changed docker-compose.yml file and padded version to 2.
But now getting a different issue:
ERROR: Invalid interpolation format for "ports" option in service "tomcat": "${VECTR_PORT:-8081}:8443"
The docker-compose distro has been deprecated. Instead, you should install docker-compose-plugin. This is going to be more important over time because the versions are getting very far apart (currently 1.25.X vs 2.6.X). Instead of executing docker-compose up, you will now execute the command:
docker compose up
I'm using Docker for Windows and I am trying to install Shopware 6 with the dockware image.
When I enter command:
docker cp shopware:/var/www/html/. ./src
it copies some files, but after some waiting time I get the following error:
C:\mypath\src\vendor\shopware\administration\Resources\app\administration\node_modules\.cache\terser-webpack-plugin\content-v2\sha512\69\3c\9b1ea7d80f60c821b53797c0afe66e6b56c9637c96d7e70bbd16d7911ef6cd73eae0ac183fa8811f363a3c04742ad3efd1254748e650129d83c4b10522cb: The system cannot find the path specified
I also tried to install it on a different Windows-PC - same error.
Docker for Windows v 3.2.2
dockware/dev:6.3.5.1
I'm following these installation instructions: https://docs.dockware.io/development/start-developing
What I tried so far
using Windows cmd/Powershell/VSCode terminal
starting terminal(s) as administrator
using Docker for Windows v 2.5.0.0
using dockware/dev:6.3.2
Enable NTFS long paths (registry entry HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem)
It worked a few months ago, I don't know whats different this time...
Any ideas?
The error your are seeing is related to the webpack cache. Webpack is used to build the frontend code for shopware.
If the webpack processes are running, this cache can change often.
I would say this error is quite random and it's safe to ignore this error and try it again. What happens if you do you? Do you get an error on the same path or on a new one?
I'm trying to get the CircleCI CLI tool ( https://circleci.com/docs/2.0/local-jobs/ ) working on Ubuntu WSL on Windows 10. It appeared to install successfully -- and the file permissions appear to be correct. I have Docker for Windows installed and running, and the Linux Docker client works without issue.
But now it always errors when trying to validate a CircleCI config file.
I have tried:
circleci config validate -c .circleci/config.yml
and
circleci config validate
from the root of my repo.
But each time, it gives the error:
Error: open .circleci/config.yml: no such file or directory
Has anyone been able to get this work?
sudo worked for me to overcome this. However, I stuck with the next error.
I am having an issue running a rails application through CIFS.
The files are located on a windows 7 host. I am trying to run them on a ubuntu 13.10 VMWare guest through CIFS.
When running the rails server command I get *LoadError*s on random files at startup.
For example:
/home/dan/.rvm/gems/ruby-1.9.3-p194/gems/activesupport-3.2.13/lib/active_support/dependencies.rb:245:in `load': cannot load such file -- /mnt/VMWareShared/IncidentSmart/config/initializers/rolify.rb (LoadError)
Then sometimes the server will start but I will get I/O errors when accessing the server.
Unexpected error while processing request: Input/output error - /mnt/VMWareShared/IncidentSmart/public/assets/headlineimg.jpg
I have thrown the kitchen sink into the fstab entry, but I must be doing something wrong.
//192.168.1.106/VMWareShared /mnt/VMWareShared cifs username=ubuntu,password=ubuntu,uid=dan,gid=dan,nounix,rw,file_mode=0777,dir_mode=0777,noperm,iocharset=utf8 0 0
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
I experienced very similar issue with Windows 8.1 and Ubuntu 14.10. I found that downgrading SMB protocol version can help.
You can do it by adding vers=2.0 to the options of mount command like this:
mount -t cifs -o rw,vers=2.0,uid=1000 //server/share /mnt/share
For me it works so far.
