App Store Connect now requires the bank account holder’s address.
However when I try to add my address to my bank account on AppStore Connect I get an error saying:
This address has been modified. Verify the changes and resubmit
I tried clicking save multiple times and changing the address but nothing works.
Does anyone else have this issue? Anyone knows how this can be fixed?
Thank you
How many times did you click save button? I had the same issue and I saw this: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/112590
I had to click it like 4 times or something. Make sure you don't close the window or leave the page. It's definitely a bug.

So I really have 2 issues (obviously this question being one, but extra credit points if you can help with second).
The main one being, my iTunes Connect Users are not loading. It's just empty. I have like 20 internal testers that are usually loaded but for some reason this morning I don't see anyone. See screenshot:
What gives?
Also #2 (you do not have to answer to get answer checked, just seeing if anyone knows why this is happening): It appears that if you remove a user from your internal iTunes Connect Users and re-add them, they aren't able to download the app from test flight anymore. Anyone know how I can get around this?
So weird. Viewing in a new browser seemed to do the trick.
Also, if anyone is wondering, I was able to solve my #2 by the following:
Re-add user to Test Flight group
Have user GO ON DESKTOP (not mobile phone)
Open Test Flight email
Click 'View in Test Flight'
Get the Redeem code from page
Go to Test Flight app on phone, type in redeem code, and voila works like a charm
The bug seems to be when you remove a user from test flight, and then re-add them and they accept via phone.
Whenever i try to navigate to App-Specific Shared Secret within ItunesConnect the dialog box attempts to load briefly then I get directed to a crash page titled
"We can't process your request".
I've reset safari clearing all website data and also used other computers.
I've contacted Apple who are sending an email shortly requesting more information but wondered if anyone else had come across a similar fault?
Another very easy solution which worked for me:
Use safari
SOLVED
The problem was due to not previously having created a master shared secret.
Once I did this then I could generate the shared secret for the specific application.
I has a similar issue, when I was getting invited to join Apple Developer Program. I tried joining through the invitation link and I would always get the "We can't process your request" message.
The solution was to:
Log in to an iPhone/iPad with that particular Apple id.
Try to install an app.
You will get a terms and condition pop up that you should accept.
Install the app
Wait for a while until Apple fast servers update your status (around 1 hour for me)
Now you should be able to proceed without the weird message.
I think need to update Mac OS to latest will solve problem. Alternatively you can use google chrome browser.
I am trying to create a new app on iTunes Connect. I have filled in the form however it says "Your app information could not be saved. Information for atleast one field is invalid or is in the wrong format"
However it doesn't tell me what is wrong, so no clue about how I should go about this. (I also tried different browsers hoping one would work).
Here is a screenshot of the form:
I dont think there is any restriction on version number, but have you tried changing your SKU ? I always keep my bundle ID and SKU same (as it's already unique).
I couldn't add comment hence writing it as an answer.
I am trying to publish an iPhone app; it is not the first, I already published others in the past. So I entered the required info in the first and second form, and then filled in the big third form, the one where you also upload icon and screenshots. Well, I pressed the "Save" button before uploading the screenshots, because I noticed that I had no retina-4 screenshot available, and had to produced it first.
Why did I press "Save"? Well, I just wanted to make sure all the info I had entered wouldn't get lost.
Reasonably, I got an error message regarding the missing screenshots.
After a while I uploaded the screenshots, but when trying to save again, I got a generic error, something like "There has been an error, contact support". Maybe my session had expired in the meantime???
OK, so I press "Cancel". I return to the initial screen, where my apps are listed. No sign of the new one, so I guess I have to re-enter everything again.
The bad surprise is that when I fill in the first form I get an error message:
The Bundle ID you entered has already been used
I guess I will have to choose a different bundle ID... sounds crazy, just can't believe it... any suggestions?
Had faced the same problem at the time of my last app uploading. And as i was not having time to go through the Error, I simply changed the bundle id with new one. And it get done. I will suggest you to create new one and go with that.
The message is trying to tell that the bundle ID already exist in apple there. Because it must be unique, thus no body can create a new one.
Why you saw this is probably the account you using in your mac book or xcode no longer have access to this bundle. Try login to apple developer account to check whether you still able to see this app or not. And try to check with application admin to check is it your account being remove for this bundle access.
I am using the iOS MFMailComposeView method of sending emails - its all working fine, except that as a Kiosk app, I don't want each new user to see the auto complete list of previous email addresses that this app / iPad has used.
Is there a programmatical way to clear that cache after each email has been sent?
I can't see from the Dev docs, but I'm sure I'm not the only one that's butted up against this problem.
Thanks
I've had confirmation from Apple that there is no way to do this at all without a complete reset/wipe of the iPad between 'events'.
I logged Bug ID# 10328043 and in the reply was told that they already knew about this 'problem' as the original bug ID # is 5389647
If anyone else would like to help raise this as an issue requiring a sooner rather than never solution, please bug it and reference the two above ID's.
Thanks
