iTunes Connect Users won't load - ios

So I really have 2 issues (obviously this question being one, but extra credit points if you can help with second).
The main one being, my iTunes Connect Users are not loading. It's just empty. I have like 20 internal testers that are usually loaded but for some reason this morning I don't see anyone. See screenshot:
What gives?
Also #2 (you do not have to answer to get answer checked, just seeing if anyone knows why this is happening): It appears that if you remove a user from your internal iTunes Connect Users and re-add them, they aren't able to download the app from test flight anymore. Anyone know how I can get around this?

So weird. Viewing in a new browser seemed to do the trick.
Also, if anyone is wondering, I was able to solve my #2 by the following:
Re-add user to Test Flight group
Have user GO ON DESKTOP (not mobile phone)
Open Test Flight email
Click 'View in Test Flight'
Get the Redeem code from page
Go to Test Flight app on phone, type in redeem code, and voila works like a charm
The bug seems to be when you remove a user from test flight, and then re-add them and they accept via phone.

Google Actions on the Assistant app on iPhone no longer work

Our Action has worked as expected for years on iPhone, but something changed and now access is blocked for our customers.
How to reproduce the issue: Simply go to Assistant on iPhone and say "Hey Google, talk to the mobile concierge" (our Action). Instead of launching the Action, Assistant says "I need permission before I can use your personal info for anything. To change your settings, just open the Google Home app on your phone. Once that's done, ask me again!".
My question: Can Google confirm that this is a bug and not expected behavior? (Specifically, that a user must have 'Personal Results' turned on in order to access an Action on iPhone.)
I truly hope this is not expected behavior, but even if it is there are 2 issues:
instructions that are provided to users when Personal Results are turned off are wrong. Pointing users to the Google Home app is incorrect. Many iPhone users won't even have the Google Home app installed. But if you do have it installed, launching it and then following Assistant's directions does not lead to being able to open the Action. The correct instructions are to stay in the Google Assistant app, click on your profile pic, go to Devices, and then select your iphone. There, you can turn Personal Results on/off.
The additional problem is that upon testing, I already had Personal Results turned ON. In order to get access to our Action, I had to turn it off, and then turn it back on again. So this pretty clearly seems like a bug.
As an aside, we don't collect any personal information as part of our Action so I am unclear why Google implemented a change involving the Personal Results option as it relates to the ability to launch Actions like ours. All it has done is made it so that our customers can't use it from a huge percentage of phones out there (iPhones), and phones are the only device we are targeting for use with this Action.

This address has been modified. Verify the changes and resubmit

App Store Connect now requires the bank account holder’s address.
However when I try to add my address to my bank account on AppStore Connect I get an error saying:
This address has been modified. Verify the changes and resubmit
I tried clicking save multiple times and changing the address but nothing works.
Does anyone else have this issue? Anyone knows how this can be fixed?
Thank you
How many times did you click save button? I had the same issue and I saw this: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/112590
I had to click it like 4 times or something. Make sure you don't close the window or leave the page. It's definitely a bug.

Problems activating Facebook Ads in iOS App

I am trying to integrate Facebook Ads in my iOS App.
I have the SDK installed and I also already receive test-ads. So everything seems to work fine.
BUT...
On the Facebook page inside the Monetization Manager there is a 4 step tutorial on what I need to do.
was Choosing the ad format -> Banner -> Done
Integrating the SDK (I'd say it's done cause I see Test-Ads inside my app) but here's the problem... Cause there is no Checkmark there.
Is the payment info. That's done.
Would be the Review that I'd like to do, but that seems to be deactivated...
So... It also says there, that I need to be logged in to facebook on my phone with an associated Account. I am!
I don't know what else I'd need to do in order for Facebook to recognize that I already successfully displayed a Test-Ad and I just can't find any contact phone number to ask somebody.
Any hints are very much appreciated.
Btw. I already tried yesterday evening (in case the activation process simply takes longer...)
I finally found the Problem after trying every single Setting on the Facebook page...
The problem was that I added my device as Test-Device.
So after removing FBAdSettings.addTestDevice(FBAdSettings.testDeviceHash()) it was working.
Did cost my a lot of time and nerves :) But now everything works as expected!

iTunes Connect SUBMIT button won't work

Basically I tap the submit button it spins and then goes back to the default state. I can't submit app...
I added eBay EPN stuff but that was the same as last build. + checking that I do have ads on the bottom (if that was the thing I'm getting auto-stopped by) did noting and the button still would not go. :(
How do I get this to work so I can submit my build...?
it's hard to say what's exact problem, try below steps
Major thing is make sure you are using Safari browser for iTunes
connect process. It quite better than all others.
Sign out your iTunes connect account & try again the process.if possible then add new version of app.
If still you have the problem then no way Contact iTunes support team.

Where is the "iOS Would Like Access to Twitter Accounts" alert?

When you first ever open a new app, whether you're a developer making one, or you have just downloaded from the app store, if Twitter access is needed, it will ask for it.
I can only get this AlertView to show once, per device. No matter what I do, I can't get it back, deleting the app + data, re-building it from Xcode, revoking access to Twitter accounts on the device itself...
None of these work.
I can detect in the code whether on not I have access to Twitter, but it was more of a UI problem I was having when it first appeared. So I really need to see it again.
If anyone could help that'd be great!
To invoke the dialog again, change app id temporarily. Since app id uniquely identifies an app, it'll be like a new app.
