I was searching for a while and not found nothing...
I have an app published in iTunesConnect, but instead of the app description (previously setted in AppstoreConnect),
like in the image below:
Subtitle demonstration
... The owner account name (individual account developer name) is being presented.
Like this:
App Store demonstration
How i can change this to the appstoreconnect description text?
You are mixing things up. By default the App Store displays two values:
a) App title/name at the top
b) App subtitle at the bottom
If there is no active app subtitle, the App Store falls back to the developer name. (Sometimes if the App Store is "slow", you will see the developer name for a couple of seconds, before it is replaced by the subtitle)
You can check the behaviour in this short video/gif I just made: https://imgur.com/a/ZR3f42v
The developer name is something you cannot change yourself in App Store Connect. It is the initial name you signed up with over at https://developer.apple.com/enroll
If you signed up as an individual developer, it will show your personal name.
If you signed up as a company, it will show the full company name.
You can change this, but need to contact Apple Developer Support for that: https://developer.apple.com/support/app-store-connect/ They can also help you with upgrading your account from personal to company.
For ios 11 to onward enter subtitle it will display below app name.
Go to iTunes -> select app -> select app store -> app information -> enter subtitle

Is the Team name, in my case 'thomas noname', the name which will be displayed in the appstore?
If yes: is it possible to change this name?

The name shown on the App Store is the individual's name on the developer account --- that cannot be changed.
Only registered corporations/LLCs can display company names on the App Store. You would need to have an incorporated company, as well as apply for a Dun & Bradstreet (D&B, or DUNS) number for verification.

I've uploaded an app to the apple app store and I don't want my name to be publicly visible on the app store, is there any way to replace it with the name of my website?
The only options I've been able to find is to create a new developer account and pay the $99 fee a second time under an account with my website's name and re-upload the app from that account, but I really don't want to go this route.
As far as I know if you are enrolling as an Individual the name of your account should be displayed when you open the app page in App Store , one way is to enroll as an Organization ( Apple needs many things for it ) and specify Legal Entity Name and it will be displayed instead of your name
I am about to submit an App to the App Store and I am wondering if the "By WhatsApp Inc." (in the top left, under the app name) is coming from the Company name. (see attached screenshot)
How can I update that information in the iTunes Connect? I am not able to find updated details and this page is the only one which is talking about that (and the screenshots are not up to date)

I have uploaded my one app in Apple Store, its live. Now i need to send metadata for the new version of the same app. But before uploading new binary for second version, i need to change large app icon (1024x1024). Currently my new version app status is "Prepare for Upload" and first version app status is "Ready for sale" on iTunes connect. Now after clicking on edit option in Version Information section. I have changed the app large logo successfully..but when i am clicking on save button then its not saving properly, and i am getting below error :
Select a frequency/intensity level for each Apple content description.
I have checked this link also : How do you change the app store's large icon on iTunes connect?
I think this error related to Ratings, i have given all the ratings of Apple content description as None (Total 4+ Ratings). Please help me to solve this error. I have attached screenshot for reference.. Thanks
If you couldn't find edit button for age rating like me in the app information page, It is in the preparing for submission page.
The alert indicates you have not filled all the Rating - Apple Content Descriptions which is below in your screenshot.
Let's go quick to the answer you need and then to the explanation. When you update your app, you have to check some checkboxes that are not by default:
As you can see in the image, my app has three rating fields that are empty: Medical / Treatment information, Unrestricted Web Access and Gambling and Contests.
You should check those for your app.
Now for the longer explanation:
In the case that you have filled all data, then I recommend to switch to another Internet browser, since it could also be a problem with processing the data you are submitting.
By the way, Apple changed the section. You may have received an e-mail:
There have been several recent changes that may impact the content rating of your apps. These changes give users more information about your apps and help ensure legal compliance.
New App Content Descriptions
You can now use the following descriptions: Medical/Treatment Information, Gambling and Contests, and Unrestricted Web Access (for apps that permit navigating and viewing web pages, for example with an embedded browser).
Update to Territory-Specific Restrictions Based on Rating
Territory-specific restrictions in the Korea, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia App Stores have changed. You can see the current rating and territory restrictions for your apps in Manage Your Apps on iTunes Connect.
New Rating System for the Brazil App Store
In case you had difficulty finding the ratings section in the new iTunes Connect:
In the new iTunes Connect (2014) under the versions tab, scroll down to General App Information where you will see a small section titled Rating with a blue button titled edit. Tapping this button will bring up the Ratings section where you must make sure all fields are check-boxed. See attached screenshot
As described in the alert (Red text), make sure you have selected either of the options for all Content Descriptions.
Go to General -> App Information -> General App Information -> Age Rating -> Edit
It should be so easy but I couldn't find any methods to define a different name for the developer field for an app store app.
For example: Most of the Electronic Arts games have different company and developer names. Command & Conquer Red Alert game belongs to Electronic Arts company but it is developed by EA Swiss Sarl company.
How can I achieve this?
The first time you submit an application, Apple will ask you to choose the company name as it will appear in iTunes.
Company Name (Artist Name) – the company name that will be displayed on the App Store. For example, “Cyberinteractive” seen above in iTunes Connect, refers directly to the name that will appear in the upper left hand corner of your product page in the App Store. Your company name is a key piece of organizational meta-data for your applications on the App Store because when customers click on this name, they will be led to a page that contains all currently live applications sent through your developer account.
But be aware that it cannot be changed afterwards:
IMPORTANT: Your primary language and company name cannot be edited once submitted on this page. The settings will apply to all applications added to your account. Be sure these settings are correct before continuing.
Everything is explained in details in the iTunesConnect Developer Guide (PDF)
EDIT
The terms are very confusing. I got confused myself. The Company Name mentioned in my answer would be "Electronic Arts". I realized you are talking about the real company name (EA Swiss SARL), it's the legal name of your company, listed in your "Organization Profile" in Apple Member Center. I checked my account, and it cannot be change. I believe you can contact Apple Dev support at devprograms#apple.com and ask them to change your legal name. But they will probably require legal documents to do so.
