VS2019 without Windows 8.1 SDK

I'm trying to run an already functional application that requires the Windows 8.1 SDK.
I installed Visual Studio 2019, but there is no option in the 8.1 SDK.
This is for a Windows 10 using Visual Studio 2019 last update.
On my old computer, there was the option to select in "Individual Components", but now no longer the encounter. Does anyone know if there is no such support on VS2019? Or is it necessary to install something more for the support to appear?
This is expected as it is marked as deprecated in Visual Studio 2019:
The Windows 8.1 SDK is no longer available in the Visual Studio
installer. Please upgrade your C++ projects to the latest Windows 10
SDK. If you have a hard dependency on 8.1, you can download it from
the Windows SDK archive.
So download and install the SDK from here.

Xamarin studio 6.3 not starting with window 10

Xamarin studio 6.3 is not starting in Windows 10.
With this I also installed:
Xamarin.VisualStudio_4.5.0.486
XamarinStudio-6.1.4.1
XamarinStudio-6.3.0.863
Ms Build tool 2013.
Ms Build tool 2015
Gtk #2.12.22
When I try to start Xamarin studio, it's not opening.
I also checked the logs. Only the message below is shown:
INFO [2017-07-14 18:14:00Z]: Starting Xamarin Studio 6.3 (build 863)
INFO [2017-07-14 18:14:00Z]: Running on Microsoft .NET 4.0.30319.42000
INFO [2017-07-14 18:14:00Z]: Operating System: Windows 10.0.14393.0
(64-bit) INFO [2017-07-14 18:14:00Z]: Found GTK# version 2.12.22
According to this topic on Xamarin forum, Installing a newer version of Gtk# solves the problem. (for me, v2.12.45 did it)

How to replace the Community version of Neo4j with the Enterprise version

I have recently downloaded the community version of Neo4J where I was practicing with the program. I have now downloaded the Enterprise version (I was wanting to upload a spread sheet which I could not do in the community version, see here for more info http://blog.neo4j.org/2013/03/importing-data-into-neo4j-spreadsheet.html. The issue is when I try and use the Enterprise version I cannot get it to work as it says it fails to start every time I click on the 'Neo4j' application.
How can I get the Enterprise version to work and replace the Community version?
You should uninstall your community edition, and follow http://docs.neo4j.org/chunked/milestone/ha-setup-tutorial.html to get the Enterprise Edition installed, and point it to the same database directory on the master.

Windows Identiy foundation redistributable failed on Vista Home Premium edition

Yesterday it was announed that WIF - Windows Identity Foundation SDK RC was released in public domain. I tried installing the msu file from MSDN on my PC which has Home Premium edition of Vista and it failed? Microsoft mentions that Vista is supported but does not mention any versions of Vista on the site...Does anyone have similar problems??
I have the exact same issue on a Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition box. I had the WIF Beta 2 uninstalled prior to installing the RC. Any chance that the .msu is confused with something that is left behind by the B2 uninstall script.

Update...
Found a thread on MS Geneva forum that talks about needing SP2 for WS 2008 and Vista. Just finished installing the RC.
Download link - http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=a4dd31d5-f907-4406-9012-a5c3199ea2b3&displaylang=en
Good luck.
I faced similar problem on Windows 2008 Server. MSU files failed saying "The update does not apply to your computer". Also prior to installing Windows Identity Foundation SDK installation asked for "Windows Identity Foundation Runtime". From where I can get "Windows Identity Foundation Runtime"?
You can download the WIF runtime for Vista/W2K8(win6) and Win7/W2K8R2(win6.1) (for x86 and x64 systems), as well as the SDK, from the MSDN Evaluation Center.
If you want the SDK, you have to install the runtime before the SDK.
