Twilio Hosting - Segregated Hosting - twilio

Can Twilio be hosted separately (specific to a customer) on the Twilio cloud?
This is for a customer requirement where they want their call details to be segregated and stored separately. Is this possible in Twilio?

You won;t be able to host Twilio yourself as it's a cloud platform. What you can do however is have a subaccount for each one of your customers.
This way, their data will be segregated and not displayed with other accounts. This will also allow you or your customers to run reports that are only for that particular account.
All that data is stored in the cloud though, so technically they all live together in the same database.
You can read more about subaccounts here.

Twilio Studio AND Twilio Messaging Service SAME number

https://gyazo.com/63cde836b15f181ab0d1cfa6e353d35c
I have two separate API's. One API I'm using the messaging service to bulk send messages to 1k users. Recently I've been experimenting with Twilio Studio and created another API to send a survey flow to customers where they could also reply to the incoming message and its get recorded in my db.
The issue here is, twilio studio wont read the customer's message if I have messaging service. If I remove the phone number from the messenging service, then twilio studio starts reading messages again. Is there anything in the config of messenging service that I can change so that I could have both concurrently?

It sounds like you have this incorrectly configured such that you need to be using the Messaging Service when you send out the bulk messages as Studio will trigger and create a User based on Messaging Service + User as the To-From pair.

Twilio New Requirements for A2P 10DLC Registrations

We are not prepared to persist customer's EIN's in our systems because of the associated risks and liabilities. Does Twilio have any alternatives for registering our low-volume customers? For example, an API that our web page could interact with for our customers to register themselves?
Is there perhaps an alternative path? For example, creating sub-accounts for each of our hundreds of customers that would allow them to register on Twilio and still allow our software to interact with SMS on their behalf?
Are there any third party apps that Twilio endorses that could assist in the SMS registration for us? Or even perhaps a third party API that persists encrypted data like EINs for us and assumes that liability for us?
Thanks.
Update: I realized we have options to pursue for registration without needing to persist sensitive data like their EIN. We could inject user interaction in the middle of our current registration steps, meaning the registration steps stop at the required points in the process, our user is notified of needed data, then the registration resumes when they furnish the data. The data like EIN would be transferred directly to Twilio API without being persisted on our server. Problem solved. Still, it would be good to know if there are any good answers to my other questions. Thanks again.

Our Messaging Product Lead says they are not aware of any 3rd party apps that help with 10DLC registrations and believe the best option is what you mentioned in your update!

Provision for creation of functions in Twilio autopilot from our backend

I want to configure the Twilio autopilot functions to persist the user inputs and use them across the chatbot application. Is there any provision for creating functions from our backend application or are there any other provisions for getting the values in the memory so that I can use them thoroughly across my client-side chatbot application?
Have you taken a look at Twilio Sync? You could persist some information in there, json format, and retrieve it from any other Twilio validated app or function. You can subscribe to the different item events as well, to show up-to-date information if you'd need it to change.

Determining billing based on which API Key was used?

My organization is using the Twilio SDK in C# to sms and mms messages with a single long code. We have several teams in several different departments using it for various purposes and are looking to track how much of the bill belongs to each team. Each team has an API Key that they are using to authenticate their calls to send a message: TwilioClient.Init(apiKey,apiSecret,accountSid);
Is there anyway to see in the sms logs a breakdown of which API Key was used to send messages?
There is not. You can however use sub-accounts which are logical containers of resources, and then the usage API to determine usage by subaccount.

Twilio Client (Skype Like) Without Building One - Where Can I Find It?

Twilio is cool and has great prices for calls and toll-free. I have used it with Zoho CRM, but I would like to use it without being tied to a CRM.
Is there some service or place where you can just download or use ready-made web or windows clients? I want to use Twilio similar to how I would use Skype - and have it automatically / easily connect to my Twilio account. My Google searches have not returned any results.
The closest (already built client) I can think of is a SIP client, something like Zoiper.
Take a look at my answer in the link (it only describes the setup for voice but you could add messaging too):
