I have a written an app that leverages the YouTube API.
As part of the privacy policy, I would like to be fully transparent as to what personal information is collected by Google (IP Address, IMEI, Cookies, etc) on a mandatory (non-opt out-able) basis.

After researching a lot I found many providers like PayUbiz, Payway etc. But they provide api for PHP etc. Instead of embedding them in web View I want specific for iOS platform.

CCAvenue's mobile SDK solved my problem. It has many features, one of its feature has net banking of all possible banks of india. To download sdk you should have CCAvenue's merchant account.

I am creating a GPS mobile dating application that utilizes the free foursquare places API for iOS. I was told by my developer that foursquare offers an enterprise API for a fee. Is this true? And if so, does anyone know any information regarding purchasing this API? Any info is greatly appreciated.

There is no special or "enterprise" API, but we'd like to think our standard API is pretty advanced! ;) There are tons of successful apps that have built upon our APIs, and hopefully it'll meet your needs too. Check out https://developer.foursquare.com/ for all the info.

If you use the "RIM Base Map Product Offerings" described here under Section 1, then there is no cost. In section 2(f) however, it says that if want to use “Enhanced map APIs”, then you would have to enter a license agreement with TANA. More than likely if you have access to these APIs then there should be a license in one or all of the files, and probably instructions that come with the API detailing how to enter a license agreement with TANA.
Short answer: You can use the map API for free if you are using the basic APIs. If you want to use the more advanced features provided in the “Enhanced map APIs”, then read the documentation specific to those APIs. It could be that there is an implied license in the API.
There are no cost related to using most of the BlackBerry API.
I have no document that proves it, but where I work we sell application that use Blackberry Maps, and we didn't bought any license.
The user already paid for the device which include the Technology, so the developper dosen't need to pay to use the API.
Except for the API that need to be signed.
