Whenever I tried to Submit Review for my app, I got the following error message even I've uploaded all the required screenshots.
Unable to Submit for Review
There are still screenshot uploads in progress.
When I pressed view all files in Media Manager, I got gray blank picture screenshot which I've uploaded.
Blank Screenshot after uploaded
Here is the screen for error message.
I've been stumbling on this issue for a whole day already.
Does anyone has faced the same issue? and How to get rid of it?
Thanks.
I encountered the same issue. The solution is to be patient.
This is what i did:
Upload screenshots one by one, after you upload each screenshot just refresh the page. And after upload if you see the screenshot is processing, remove it and upload again and refresh the page. Repeat the procedure till all your screenshots are up. Make sure you use Safari.
The most useful method is not to wait, but to constantly re-upload the waiting pictures
I'm also facing the same issue, I just delete all my screenshot from every device and upload again and then getting the same issue, then after waiting a whole day, the next day I checked my images were uploaded.
It would appear that a Server side issue. While they fix it, we may need to trust that all photos will be prepared: on the off chance that you revive like clockwork, you will see that a few pictures that were gray with a cloud symbol are currently handled. I attempted and it would seem that it is a poorly conceived notion to attempt to supplant them once more. They all become dim once more. So how about we simply stand by until they are totally handled, while they work on the issue.

check my post:
Error: There are still screenshot uploads in progress. On Apple App Submission
I compressed my images using compressjpeg.com. Now they uploaded fine.
I encountered the same issue - tried to delete and upload again all screenshots several times, but nothing helped.
The reason was that we have several localizations but use screenshots only for primary language.
But the broken screenshot was accidentally added to secondary language and was not visible at the first glance))
Found understanding for that issue here
"There are still screenshot uploads in progress." when submit a new build
I also encountered the same issue (at least a similar symptom): I uploaded screenshots for the 6.5 & 5.5 displays and other displays also, but when I click the "Submit for review" button, it gave me the same error as above.
In my case, the solution is:
> DO NOT use JPG, simply convert the screenshots to PNG and upload, then the issue is gone. (E.G.: I was using Mac Preview app to convert/export the JPG files to PNG)
=====
By the way, the preview is not mandatory, I didn't upload the preview video but still, I can submit it successfully.
Our problem was uploading wrong size to Apple, e.g.: for 6.5 we uploaded the 5.5 images and vice-versa. Once we uploaded the proper images we need to wait for about 5 minutes and Apple allowed us to submit the app
Workaround FINALLY!
Go to "Product Page Optimization" tab
Click in the plus sign to "Create Product Page Test"
Fields:
3.1 Reference Name: Test
3.2 Number of Treatments: 1
3.3 Traffic Proportion: 50%
Click in "Create test"
Upload your images inside the "Treatment A" area
Click in "start test" and send it to review and await apple
Once this review was accepted, you gonna be able to apply the new images to your current published and/or published version.
Send you new app version to app review, like usual.
Just Compress image in online, that works.
Apple seems to have solved the problem.
The images that were in the upload process yesterday, this morning were already uploaded and I've been able to send my application for review.
EDIT:
It seems that the correct answer is in the following question:
App Store Screenshots - "Screenshot uploads in progress" Error / appScreenshotSets Error
i just newly launched my first app in app store and i didnt like the screenshots that were uploaded on the Appstore so i tried to upgrade the version to 1.1.1 and release it but showing that "There are still screenshot uploads in progress" forever.
and showing with that gray images forever. Anyone who experience that?
and how to fix it?
I tried to delete the images and upload it again and again with using different browsers like chrome as well as the safari but having this issue again and again!
Please help me!!
Seems to be on Apple side. Affect a lot of people. https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/649241
I created a view for APP preview in the App store. Here is my configuration in the final cut pro:
Final cut pro screenshot
But i got this error constantly
Your app preview is in the wrong format. For more information, see the Developer Help.
Then I found this website and I set this configuration there
https://video.online-convert.com/convert-to-mp4
Video bitrate: 10240
frame rate = 30
Audio Quality = 256
But I got the same error.
Then I bought this app in the Mac App store
https://apps.apple.com/de/app/app-preview-video-converter/id1137451860?l=en&mt=12
But the output video from this app got the same error as well.
I worked many hours on fix this problem, could anyone help me to how to save my app preview video?
It seems theres a bug somewhere in App Store Connect at the moment. Your video format looks good so this must be what you are experiencing.
I am still waiting for it to be fixed and haven't had any success for at bit more than a day now - just checked again.
See related post on apple developer forums here: https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/120816
Edit: It seems the error has been fixed now. Mine is working and so is it for the users on the related post
I had the same problem since yesterday. So I ended up submitting my app for review without the preview. Today it was reviewed and appeared in the App Store. I immediately went into iTC and instantiated a new version of the same app. Previously submitted screenshots showed up. I dragged the Preview video I had no luck submitting yesterday... and... it was accepted! With no error message!!!
-_-;;
So here is the strategy you can use if you really want to submit the Preview:
Submit the current "unlucky" version for review. Optionally you can set it to be released manually.
Wait until it is reviewed and flagged as 'ready for sale'.
Instantiate a new version.
Add the Preview by dragging it into the screenshot drop area.
Archive, upload the new version; draw the rest of the owl.
Also make sure that the Preview you created meets the requirements.
Hope it helps.
When I edit my application data, I get this message:
Screenshots and app previews for the largest display sizes of your app’s
primary localization must be uploaded directly.
Screenshots for all sizes primary localization are loaded. I've tried to change primary language - result is the same.
This is an ongoing issue, contacted to Apple Support, they tried helping me via remote desktop. No luck. Still waiting for the solution.
Watched the keynote and it works there on stage (of course) but we can't upload 5.5" screenshots.
Tried a lot of "solutions" that came up on other forums, none of them helped rectifying it.
Solution is very simple. You must create new app bundle and submission will work.
I am trying to upload a new iOS app version on iTunes Connect and am continuously getting the error
There are one or more errors on the page.
It is highlighting the language: "English (U.S.)":
In short, had to add all images to "App Preview and Screenshots".
I just had this issue, and this https://stackoverflow.com/a/38887524/795114 answer helped me to resolve it.
Not sure why, but when removed other images and left only biggest for iPhone and iPad, this issue appeared. Seems almost like iTunes Connect bug.
Update
Now it worked for me. Successfully published new release by resubmitting all new images.
For more clarity, few steps:
Firstly deleting all images
Then enable "Use 5.5-Inch Display" (as also mentioned by Mashhadi)
Upload 5.5-Inch iPhone (and/or 12.9-Inch for iPad) images and press save
