I created a view for APP preview in the App store. Here is my configuration in the final cut pro:
Final cut pro screenshot
But i got this error constantly
Your app preview is in the wrong format. For more information, see the Developer Help.
Then I found this website and I set this configuration there
https://video.online-convert.com/convert-to-mp4
Video bitrate: 10240
frame rate = 30
Audio Quality = 256
But I got the same error.
Then I bought this app in the Mac App store
https://apps.apple.com/de/app/app-preview-video-converter/id1137451860?l=en&mt=12
But the output video from this app got the same error as well.
I worked many hours on fix this problem, could anyone help me to how to save my app preview video?
It seems theres a bug somewhere in App Store Connect at the moment. Your video format looks good so this must be what you are experiencing.
I am still waiting for it to be fixed and haven't had any success for at bit more than a day now - just checked again.
See related post on apple developer forums here: https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/120816
Edit: It seems the error has been fixed now. Mine is working and so is it for the users on the related post
I had the same problem since yesterday. So I ended up submitting my app for review without the preview. Today it was reviewed and appeared in the App Store. I immediately went into iTC and instantiated a new version of the same app. Previously submitted screenshots showed up. I dragged the Preview video I had no luck submitting yesterday... and... it was accepted! With no error message!!!
-_-;;
So here is the strategy you can use if you really want to submit the Preview:
Submit the current "unlucky" version for review. Optionally you can set it to be released manually.
Wait until it is reviewed and flagged as 'ready for sale'.
Instantiate a new version.
Add the Preview by dragging it into the screenshot drop area.
Archive, upload the new version; draw the rest of the owl.
Also make sure that the Preview you created meets the requirements.
Hope it helps.

Whenever I tried to Submit Review for my app, I got the following error message even I've uploaded all the required screenshots.
Unable to Submit for Review
There are still screenshot uploads in progress.
When I pressed view all files in Media Manager, I got gray blank picture screenshot which I've uploaded.
Blank Screenshot after uploaded
Here is the screen for error message.
I've been stumbling on this issue for a whole day already.
Does anyone has faced the same issue? and How to get rid of it?
Thanks.
I encountered the same issue. The solution is to be patient.
This is what i did:
Upload screenshots one by one, after you upload each screenshot just refresh the page. And after upload if you see the screenshot is processing, remove it and upload again and refresh the page. Repeat the procedure till all your screenshots are up. Make sure you use Safari.
The most useful method is not to wait, but to constantly re-upload the waiting pictures
I'm also facing the same issue, I just delete all my screenshot from every device and upload again and then getting the same issue, then after waiting a whole day, the next day I checked my images were uploaded.
It would appear that a Server side issue. While they fix it, we may need to trust that all photos will be prepared: on the off chance that you revive like clockwork, you will see that a few pictures that were gray with a cloud symbol are currently handled. I attempted and it would seem that it is a poorly conceived notion to attempt to supplant them once more. They all become dim once more. So how about we simply stand by until they are totally handled, while they work on the issue.

check my post:
Error: There are still screenshot uploads in progress. On Apple App Submission
I compressed my images using compressjpeg.com. Now they uploaded fine.
I encountered the same issue - tried to delete and upload again all screenshots several times, but nothing helped.
The reason was that we have several localizations but use screenshots only for primary language.
But the broken screenshot was accidentally added to secondary language and was not visible at the first glance))
Found understanding for that issue here
"There are still screenshot uploads in progress." when submit a new build
I also encountered the same issue (at least a similar symptom): I uploaded screenshots for the 6.5 & 5.5 displays and other displays also, but when I click the "Submit for review" button, it gave me the same error as above.
In my case, the solution is:
> DO NOT use JPG, simply convert the screenshots to PNG and upload, then the issue is gone. (E.G.: I was using Mac Preview app to convert/export the JPG files to PNG)
=====
By the way, the preview is not mandatory, I didn't upload the preview video but still, I can submit it successfully.
Our problem was uploading wrong size to Apple, e.g.: for 6.5 we uploaded the 5.5 images and vice-versa. Once we uploaded the proper images we need to wait for about 5 minutes and Apple allowed us to submit the app
Workaround FINALLY!
Go to "Product Page Optimization" tab
Click in the plus sign to "Create Product Page Test"
Fields:
3.1 Reference Name: Test
3.2 Number of Treatments: 1
3.3 Traffic Proportion: 50%
Click in "Create test"
Upload your images inside the "Treatment A" area
Click in "start test" and send it to review and await apple
Once this review was accepted, you gonna be able to apply the new images to your current published and/or published version.
Send you new app version to app review, like usual.
Just Compress image in online, that works.
Apple seems to have solved the problem.
The images that were in the upload process yesterday, this morning were already uploaded and I've been able to send my application for review.
EDIT:
It seems that the correct answer is in the following question:
App Store Screenshots - "Screenshot uploads in progress" Error / appScreenshotSets Error
When I edit my application data, I get this message:
Screenshots and app previews for the largest display sizes of your app’s
primary localization must be uploaded directly.
Screenshots for all sizes primary localization are loaded. I've tried to change primary language - result is the same.
This is an ongoing issue, contacted to Apple Support, they tried helping me via remote desktop. No luck. Still waiting for the solution.
Watched the keynote and it works there on stage (of course) but we can't upload 5.5" screenshots.
Tried a lot of "solutions" that came up on other forums, none of them helped rectifying it.
Solution is very simple. You must create new app bundle and submission will work.
In a new version of my app I've added support for apple watch. I am trying to add some screenshots but the message on the image attached keeps appearing. I've tried to reupload, upload one or five screenshots but nothing works. It still says that there are issues and the version could not be submitted.
I've heard about an issue that screenshots need some time to be processed but it's not the case, since I'm waiting for six hours now.
What could be the issue? What can be done to fix the issue and finally send the newer version to the app store?
*Note, screenshots were taken on 42mm watch simulator.
I want to upload the iOS App to Apple Store. And I have upload my code by Xcode 7.
But in the iTunes connect. I can not select my uplaod version because I did not see the "add" button of "build version". Like the following picture.
Did I missing something ? Thanks in advance.
Give it some time, there's definitely a delay. I've experienced delays of up to one hour before I saw the button appear to select a build. If Xcode 7 indicated that the application was successfully submitted, it sounds like you've done everything correct. Just wait a little bit.
We haven't been able to submit the app for review cause Apple's upload process is broken since about 3pm PDT Thursday. I got it to upload but can't release through Testflight or directly to Apple for App store review. Sadly, there isnt much we can do. We're in wait and wait mode.

This is what their broken controls webpage looks like :-(
In the iTunes Connect App Management interface -- how do I edit the screenshots for my localized (approved and live) iPhone app?
Unfortunately, the web upload form had a bug which actually required the screenshots to be provided in reverse order (I provided them in the correct order, which meant that Apple reversed them and now they ended up wrong). Also mentioned here at StackOverflow. I only managed to edit the 4 screenshots in the US version, but not my localized version, and that was in the old interface.
The current standing on this has changed to:
Beginning January 9 [2013], app screenshots will be locked in iTunes Connect once your app has been approved. New screenshots may be uploaded when you submit a binary for an update to an existing app or a new app.
Apple support now got back with the (somehow not too satisfactory) answer:
If your app is currently for sale on
the App Store, you will need to submit
an update in order to change your app
screenshots.
If you have any further questions
regarding this, please let us know.
I was able to change my screenshots after my app was ready for sale, just click on "View Details" in iTunes Connect, delete the old screenshots and replace them, then "Done". The change is not instant so wait a bit. Then you will see your new screenshots on AppStore ;)
As of today, it appears you can't edit screenshots after you submit a new version. I tried everything but couldn't delete the draft screenshots until I finally removed my app from submission.
I usually use the time after submission to edit and improve the screenshots, but now have to be doing it before submission. This is a horrible change. Here is the email from support.
Being unable to now edit screenshots while an app is in "Waiting for
Review" status, is expected behavior.
Developer-facing documentation currently lists "Waiting for Review" as
a state where locked metadata can be edited. Screenshots should be the
only locked metadata that cannot be edited while an app is in the
"Waiting for Review" status.
We are currently updating the developer resources and documentation to
clarify
From the updated manual :
(*)
If you have new application screenshots for a version of your application, it is best to wait until this new version of your app is approved before updating your screenshots in iTunes Connect. Updating these before a version approval will change the screenshots for the currently-live application version. This best practice also applies to application metadata changes that you wish to coordinate for a specific version.
On the other hand, in the table in Appendix A it is stated that the screenshots are Locked, Version-level (page 153).
Version-level is:
If the item is marked on the Version, then the item information will relate to a specific version and may vary between versions.
Locked is:
If the item is marked as Locked, it can only be edited in an Editable State.
And a list of Editable states is:
Prepare For Upload, Waiting For Upload, Waiting For Review, Waiting For Export Compliance, Upload Received, Rejected, Developer Rejected, Invalid Binary, Missing Screenshot.
None of these states can be reached once the app is Ready For Sale by using any button in the iTunes Connect. The only reasonable thing that I can think of is submitting another minor version binary to Apple and looking for the possibility of changing the screenshots during the submission process.
The problem is (*):
If you have new application screenshots for a version of your application, it is best to wait until this new version of your app is approved before updating your screenshots in iTunes Connect.
So how do I do it correctly????????
I thought the same exact thing a couple of days ago. Then I uploaded it again in reverse order but instead it was random. They need to make a better UI for this. One where we dont even need to re-upload them, but arrows to move it up/down.
The official answer I received from Apple is:
Your app screenshots cannot be edited once your app has been approved. You can edit them in all other editable states.
Please note, when updating your app currently, you will be able to provide new screenshots and the new screenshots will not go live until the update is approved.
If you have any further questions regarding this, please let us know.
There's been some back and forth on the possibility of changing screenshots of an app that is in "Ready for Sale" state, without having to upload new binary.
At one point it was possible, but as of January 9th 2013 it requires a new binary:
Beginning January 9, app screenshots will be locked in iTunes Connect
once your app has been approved. New screenshots may be uploaded when
you submit a binary for an update to an existing app or a new app. For
more information on capturing and using screenshots, read the Xcode
User Guide.

Images CAN be edited after an app is available for sale. This was changed at end of 2010. If you already have 5 images - the upload link will not work until you delete one. No need to worry - if you delete one and have any issues on the DPI or RGB of what you are trying to upload (get an error or it is rejected) you can always click 'cancel' rather than 'save' and your original images will remain.
You dont need to add new version. Just wait about 1hr and your changes at screenshot gallery will appear at AppStore.
Solution for me was to use Safari. The controls would not show in Google Chrome. Using Safari I could modify the metadata.
