In a new version of my app I've added support for apple watch. I am trying to add some screenshots but the message on the image attached keeps appearing. I've tried to reupload, upload one or five screenshots but nothing works. It still says that there are issues and the version could not be submitted.
I've heard about an issue that screenshots need some time to be processed but it's not the case, since I'm waiting for six hours now.
What could be the issue? What can be done to fix the issue and finally send the newer version to the app store?
*Note, screenshots were taken on 42mm watch simulator.

I have a Flutter developed App that I want to upload for App Store Review.
The App has been successfully uploaded through Xcode as you can see here— https://prntscr.com/26m7w94
Sadly, the Build doesn’t appear in my App Connect Build section as you can see here— https://prnt.sc/26no755
When I try to re-upload, it let’s me know that the Build is already uploaded to App Store Connect as you can see here— https://prnt.sc/26no84v
I have written to Apple and I don’t understand the answers they are giving me. They are just talking off-point.
Now I have waited for 8 days for this build to appear, but this uploaded build is not appearing.
Without this Build appearing, I cannot Submit to App Store Review.
Everything in the App Store Connect Form has been completely filled. Only Build remains to be added as you can see here— https://prntscr.com/26no94s
I can’t figure out what to do next, and this is 8(eight) wasted days gone by, with me not knowing what next to do.
Has anyone here faced this kind of problem before? How did you solve it?
Regards
Check in the TestFlight section. There might be a yellow triangle next to your build. You may need to answer some additional questions such as encryption usage etc. Just click on the triangle to answer and your build should be available afterwards.
Sometimes the answer to this issue is that there is actually a problem with App Store Connect (like right now).
You can check for issues on the Apple Developer System Status page.
For me changing the version from X.X.X to X.X.X+1 (2.2.2 -> 2.2.3) fixed the issue.
Sometimes it happens and I have also faced this problem .I successfully uploaded my bundle from Xcode but not found in connect.
I waited 30 minutes and refreshed .Then my bundle came in App Store connect.
Solution 1 : wait for some time & Refresh ,
Solution 2 : Create another Bundle and push to connect using Transporter (You can download transporter from appStore)
If the build doesn't show up on App Store Connect. You may want to check your email (the one you used as your Apple Id when uploading the build).
In my case Apple sent me an automatic email telling me that my build had some issues. Xcode didn't complain about anything and neither App Store Connect.
UPDATE: This might have boiled down to timing. After changing the version number to 1.0.0, that build showed up immediately. Half an hour later, the 0.0.1 build appeared out of the blue as well.
If you've set your version number to 0.0.1+X because you thought that makes sense while the app is still under development, change that back to 1.0.0+X. The upload will succeed, but app store connect won't list the build without a leading "1." in the version number.
Make sure no webviews are used in your app. It will not show builds in App Store Connect and neither XCode nor Apple will say that anything is wrong.
I created a view for APP preview in the App store. Here is my configuration in the final cut pro:
Final cut pro screenshot
But i got this error constantly
Your app preview is in the wrong format. For more information, see the Developer Help.
Then I found this website and I set this configuration there
https://video.online-convert.com/convert-to-mp4
Video bitrate: 10240
frame rate = 30
Audio Quality = 256
But I got the same error.
Then I bought this app in the Mac App store
https://apps.apple.com/de/app/app-preview-video-converter/id1137451860?l=en&mt=12
But the output video from this app got the same error as well.
I worked many hours on fix this problem, could anyone help me to how to save my app preview video?
It seems theres a bug somewhere in App Store Connect at the moment. Your video format looks good so this must be what you are experiencing.
I am still waiting for it to be fixed and haven't had any success for at bit more than a day now - just checked again.
See related post on apple developer forums here: https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/120816
Edit: It seems the error has been fixed now. Mine is working and so is it for the users on the related post
I had the same problem since yesterday. So I ended up submitting my app for review without the preview. Today it was reviewed and appeared in the App Store. I immediately went into iTC and instantiated a new version of the same app. Previously submitted screenshots showed up. I dragged the Preview video I had no luck submitting yesterday... and... it was accepted! With no error message!!!
-_-;;
So here is the strategy you can use if you really want to submit the Preview:
Submit the current "unlucky" version for review. Optionally you can set it to be released manually.
Wait until it is reviewed and flagged as 'ready for sale'.
Instantiate a new version.
Add the Preview by dragging it into the screenshot drop area.
Archive, upload the new version; draw the rest of the owl.
Also make sure that the Preview you created meets the requirements.
Hope it helps.
Recently I submitted my App to App Store for review and get a rejection which says my App is loading forever:

Please see attached screenshot for details.
Before I submit for review, I have tested it on simulators and real devices, both takes 5-10 seconds to open.
I am using Firebase and Ionic, can someone give me some suggestions, what caused this issue? I google searched that Firebase supports IPv6 and now I have no clue why the issue occurred.
There's no hardcoded IP in the source, the only URL I am using is querying rates from Canada Post by url: 'https://ct.soa-gw.canadapost.ca/rs/ship/price'
Any help is appreciated.
We are having the same kind of report from Apple despite the fact we are testing on 6 different devices, iOS 11, 12, 12.1 with or without network.
We are also getting no issues from our beta testers.
As far as I can tell, on the Launchscreen we are spending about 6 seconds (iPhoneX) waiting for Metal to launch. There is nothing else in our log until our first VC hits its viewDidLoad.
We had the same kind of report two weeks ago with a very different iteration of our app, on resubmission the app went through
Now we have tightened up a lot of app behaviour and been rejected for the same reason multiple times
Its frustrating because of the lack of supporting information from Apple, such as logs.
My app just got rejected, and the reason was that the Apple Watch Extension was "Booting to White Screen" on Apple Watch. They sent me a screencapture of Apple Watch screen that just has white screen. Not much information.
I honestly have no clue where I went wrong... seeing that the app runs fine on both iPhone and the Simulator.
I don't have an Apple Watch to test this with or any logs on real device to show you although I wish I could give as much information on this question.
I don't have any info I can supply other than the fact that they rejected the app, and app doesn't seem to run on real device.
I don't think it would be a code issue seeing that the First Screen in my app is just a few buttons for menu, without much things happening.
Could anyone give me any insight to how to approach this problem? or has anyone had a similar issue?
Here's the response from Apple.

Just in case anyone is wondering or having the same issue... it was really a stupid mistake.
I didn't put the images used for Apple Watch in the correct asset catalog with correct target membership. That's why it was displaying the images correctly on simulator, but not on real Apple Watch, since images weren't embedded within the app.
These kind of things needs to be double-triple checked before submitted to app store because it doesn't show on the simulator.
I have uploaded few screenshots along with binary. Now,app status is Ready for Sale but screenshot has not been updated yet. I have taken screenshot from iPhone 6 simulator (seems this is not an issue since several apps are available with screenshots taken from simulator).
New screenshot appears in iTunes Connect but does not appears on AppStore. Why is this so?
It can often take many hours to update the binary and screen shots when the app version has updated. The servers they use are load balanced so it may be that some people see the updated image and some don't. If you're on Wi-Fi, see if you can check on a different connection or cellular as you might see a different result... If not then just be patient.
