Parameters to be passed to the Fedex API .
New Fedex APi rate calculator not working getting Authentiction error
1000 "Authentication Failed" error

First off, your question is not very descriptive, but the error you are getting is because either your developer key or your password are incorrect.
If you have not already done so, I suggest you go to https://www.fedex.com/wpor/web/jsp/drclinks.jsp?links=wss/develop.html. Towards the bottom of that page there is a link that says "Obtain Developer Test Key". From there, just fill out the form and FedEx should send you your credentials along with a server URL to use.
The credentials you will need are a Developer Key, Account Number, Meter Number, and Password. The Developer key will be an alpha-numeric string containing 16 characters. The Account Number and meter number will each consist only of numbers and each consists of 9 characters. The password will be an alpha-numeric string consisting of 25 characters.

we have an app where the user get there own userspace an can create entries without login.
we generate an dynamic link
Like
localhost://apps/{owncode}/userspace
The owncode is calculated by us an the code will saved into the database
The user can add entries for his userspace.
localhost://apps/{owncode}/entries/new
How can I compare (check is its correct} the {owncode} from the database with the url. Because we want to catch if someone call the url by try and error.
You can't check that without forcing the user to log in. You should also not be using anything in the URL to identify their "userspace." It should all be tucked away in the session, associated with the logged in user's account.
If you at least want to make owncode hard to guess, you could generate a ridiculously long hashed string. But this is not recommended, it would not guarantee any security, and users could still try and guess the strings for other "userspaces" without your app being able to do anything about it.

I want to add Twitter, Inc. like placeholder i.e. in green color in the url marked with red border of twitter into my website also, i.e. if my website is www.pks.com then PKS, Inc. should appear in green color inside url Is there any API for this.
Also, Google doesn't have it in its url. What does this mean? Does it lack with the extra ssl certificate or is it a feature of safari browser. I don't know anything about this feature , please help me to know. And don't downvote if its not clear leave a comment.
Twitter uses a secured connection when accessing their website. This is called HTTPS.
To get the green bar, they use an Extended Validation SSL-certificate (EV SSL), available from all major certificate vendors such as VeriSign, Comodo, StartSSL, etc.

I have created the UI of the login page, but how to start with authenticating username and password? I have registered my app in twitter now I have the consumer key and secret, but I dont know how to use that.
Anyone knows about twitter apps for blackberry or have any sample code for Twitter?
You may use TwitterAPIMe.
You may find how to use the API in the link.
I used it, it's easy and working well with good performance.
PS, you must be RIM4.6 or higher

Why to restrict allowed usernames by different rules? For example why can't user have "#123 qw" username? Is there any techical difficulties or it's just about community rules?
Also is it ok to have national characters in the username? If I use "UTF-8" encoding for my website it should work just well in all browsers.
Username within a system is most of the time for the consumption of HUMANS therefore, from usability point of view it should be READABLE
And yes you can use your national characters in username and make sure you understand character encoding , storage and retrieval. You system/application should be ready to consume the selected encoding at every level e.g client-side, server-side and at database end and tools you use to manipulate with each tier e.g IDEs etc ..
So from my point of view you need some extra knowledge and efforts to handle such a system without killing Usability
I believe I can give you more than one reason but the first that comes off my head is this one.

I'm getting invalid URI issues, so what exactly makes a valid URI?
At the highest level a URI reference (hereinafter simply "URI") in string form has the syntax
[scheme:]scheme-specific-part[#fragment]
If you are interested to know the complete set of rules, read RFC-2396
I doubt whether you need to know all the syntaxes. I have never read the entire RFC and still I am using URI in development and day to day use. So, you better post the URI you are having problem with. Then, people here can point out the specific problem.
