I forgot provide demo account information login and password, and my application was rejected with message:
.... While your iTunes Connect Application State will still show as
Rejected, we don't require a new binary for this type of issue. Please
visit iTunes Connect, Manage Your Applications, revise the appropriate
metadata values or settings, then click "Submit New Metadata"
I add required information to metadata reviews note. But i have not found "Submit New Metadata". I click "ready upload" button, and now application status "Waiting For Upload"
When i try upload application binary from XCode 3.2.4 i have a errors:
An error occured while processing the http request for the webDAV
upload An exception has occured:401 Unauthorized
Questions how fix this erorr?
And where is "Waiting For Upload" button?
we don't require a new binary for this type of issue
You should not upload new binary. You should just find button "Submit New Metadata" and press it after demo data was entered in Review Notes.
After the weekend I tried again to upload binary and upload was successfull. After 5 minutes the application status has changed to "In review". I used mac os on virtual machine and reboot only vm. Maybe computer(not vm) reboot decided the problem or maybe error was in itunes side.

I uploaded a new build to AppStore Connect. Currently, the app is in the "prepare for submission" state. I uploaded all of the screenshots required and other things. I can only see the save button in AppStore Connect but the "submit for review" button is missing. How can we submit the app for review now?
Previous versions of the app were present in the App Store. I uploaded an update to the existing app but the current version was rejected. I fixed the issues and added a new build with current rejected version number and with the increased build number. But AppStore Connect only shows the Save button and I can't find the "submit for review" button.
Won't we see the "submit for review" button for rejected binaries?
Remove your rejected build from Build section which is above General App Information.
Add the new build you want to upload.
Click Save button.
You'll now see Submit for review screen.
After the app rejection, only the admin or manager of the AppStore connect account can submit the app for review. I was assigned with only developer role and hence was unable to submit the app for review again.
When Apple rejects an app, they specify the reason of the rejection. So you need to make changes said by apple in order to submit app again to App Store.
The uploading process is same as when you submitted the previous build but the only thing you need to take care of if app version.
You need to change the app version (generally it should be increased by one from the previous number) and upload the app again.
Once you upload build on the App Store you will see it under Activity and it will marked as processing.
Once the processing is finished you can select that build to submit for review.
Create New version (if required)
Select a build to submit for review
You can remove the existing build and select a new build and save it.
Once all the required info. is completed just Save it and then Submit for Review button will be enabled (but it is not the case every time)
I have submitted an app to to ITunes Connect and it was rejected because of incomplete metadata.
Here is what they wrote:
If your iTunes Connect Application State is Metadata Rejected, we do NOT require a new binary.
To revise the metadata:
- Log in to iTunes Connect
- Click on “My Apps”
- Select your app
- Revise the desired metadata values
- Click “Save"
- Once you’ve completed all changes, click the “Submit for Review” button at the top of the App Details page
Great, no new binary required, so I fixed the metadata, clicked 'save' and expected to be able to resubmit for review. However, when I click the "Submit for Review", I am getting the message "You must choose a build". But in the builds section, there is no build. And, on the other hand, I can not upload a build because I don't see how I can change the app's status to "Waiting for Upload".
Please help, I am lost in the new interface of ITunes Connect... :(
Just had my app rejected today because of rating issues. Edited the rating and saved it. Then, sent a message to Apple resolution centre and after few hours the status showed Processing for App Store. I didn't submit the app for review again. It would have again taken 8 more days for review.
Do try this before submitting the app again for review.
Same problem here

Why can't you upload a new build? I have the same problem and the Application Loader allows me to upload a new build. After you upload new build you will be able to choose the build in iTunes Connect for your app. Then you need to submit the app to review again. It looks like that "Waiting for Upload" status is retired at all.
In the same time I think that it's not acceptable to wait about a week again until Apple team makes a new decision about the app. Earlier (before new ITunes Connect redesign) they supported ability to submit only Metadata without uploading new build and new review process took no more than a couple of days for this case.
I hope Apple will fix this limitation shortly.

Maybe this answer should be a comment but I don't have enough reputation to add comments. Please excuse me.
Follow This stpes
1) Login to itunes and Go to my apps
2) Change your binary and resubmit app
3) ready for upload process
4) Validate your app
5) Distribute your app
I am having trouble publishing my iOS app which is signed with a valid certificate for distribution and using the correct bundle identifier. When attempting to validate the app in Organizer I get the following error message, "No application records were found. Applications must be ready for upload on iTunes Connect before they can be validated or submitted from within Xcode." and also on iTunes Connect the status is "Waiting For Upload". I have been through everything and cannot see anything in the the project build settings that could be causing this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
App Status
Another reason for this problem is if your app has a status of Prepare For Upload rather than Waiting For Upload.
For more info, see this answer on another similar question.
You need to log in to iTunes connect with the same account that you are trying to submit under in order for Apple to see the Application Record you are trying to submit.
changing the app status in iTunesConnect is the key for resolving this error.
I have uploaded my application binary and status is "Waiting for Review". I am trying to test the In-App purchase in my application . I have followed the steps but was not able to change the status of the my In App purchase which still says "Waiting for upload". I get this warning on the In App page:
Note: This In-App Purchase is not currently available for testing in
the sandbox environment because you have chosen to host your content
with Apple, but have not delivered your content. Upload your content
to test this In-App Purchase in sandbox.
How can i resolve this warning ?
Edit: GOT IT.
The problem was i had tick the box in the In App purchase saying "Host content using apple" . And i dint upload any content to host . Because i just need a approval from apple to convert my lite version to paid version.
Once you have created a container in iTunes connect, you can click a button "ready for upload". That means your itunes connect is now expecting you to create an archive of your product and submit for review using Xcode.
To get from "Waiting for binary" to "waiting for review" is to submit your binary archive from Xcode.
before click a button "ready for upload", You have to enable the In_App products. After that you can't enable your In_App products.
I'm updating an existing app. I first uploaded a binary for the new version, but had to reject it; the status is now "Developer Rejected". However, I can't seem to upload a new binary. Both Application Uploader and Organizer say "No eligible applications were found", and in iTunes Connect, I can find no way (buttons, options, check boxes) to activate the system for a new binary.
Problem solved. The "Ready to Upload Binary" graphic didn't load (I'm using Safari), which is why I couldn't find anywhere to click. It still doesn't show, but I can click it, so everything seems to be okay.
