Updating a "developer rejected" app: "No eligible applications were found" - ios

I'm updating an existing app. I first uploaded a binary for the new version, but had to reject it; the status is now "Developer Rejected". However, I can't seem to upload a new binary. Both Application Uploader and Organizer say "No eligible applications were found", and in iTunes Connect, I can find no way (buttons, options, check boxes) to activate the system for a new binary.

Problem solved. The "Ready to Upload Binary" graphic didn't load (I'm using Safari), which is why I couldn't find anywhere to click. It still doesn't show, but I can click it, so everything seems to be okay.

Xcode distribute archive to Apple Store: not appearing in Apple Store

I have distributed by xcode archive to the apple store. It goes through all the checks, and then after 7-8 minutes it reports that everything was successful, and the app has been published to the store.
It has been 96 hours now, and when I check the apple developer console for this app, it still says there is no build included, and to click here for options on how to upload a build.
I am not sure how to troubleshoot this error. It says the upload was successful, so where did it actually go?
Edit
Thank you so much for your responses so far guys. The link you posted talks about the iTunes Connect store. Can I just ask if I am in the right place?
I am on: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/
From here I click on "My Apps" which takes me to: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/ra/ng/app/28762298 (this lists itunesconnect in the URL, so looks like the right place?)
Then from here I click on "Prepare For Submission". This displays a page with all my screenshots, descriptions etc... and also this:
This is what I am going off, and I am assuming that my Xcode distribution should appear here but it has been 4 days so far. I have not even submitted this for review yet. Just want to upload it to this part.

How to reject binary from iTunes store (new iTunes Connect website)

Apple introduced the new iTunes Connect website.
I am trying to reject the binary file and re-upload a new one. However, when I read the documentation To remove your build from review, it shows me:
however, in mine is showing something like below:
status:
I don't see a 'remove this version from review' link. How to get the page like the one in the doc?
You now need to be at least an App Manager or higher to reject the binary. You cannot do this as a Developer.
Try to logout login back. Under Versions tab select your new uploaded version. Link should appear.

New iTunes Connect: How to resubmit after "Metadata rejected"

I have submitted an app to to ITunes Connect and it was rejected because of incomplete metadata.
Here is what they wrote:
If your iTunes Connect Application State is Metadata Rejected, we do NOT require a new binary.
To revise the metadata:
- Log in to iTunes Connect
- Click on “My Apps”
- Select your app
- Revise the desired metadata values
- Click “Save"
- Once you’ve completed all changes, click the “Submit for Review” button at the top of the App Details page
Great, no new binary required, so I fixed the metadata, clicked 'save' and expected to be able to resubmit for review. However, when I click the "Submit for Review", I am getting the message "You must choose a build". But in the builds section, there is no build. And, on the other hand, I can not upload a build because I don't see how I can change the app's status to "Waiting for Upload".
Please help, I am lost in the new interface of ITunes Connect... :(
Just had my app rejected today because of rating issues. Edited the rating and saved it. Then, sent a message to Apple resolution centre and after few hours the status showed Processing for App Store. I didn't submit the app for review again. It would have again taken 8 more days for review.
Do try this before submitting the app again for review.
Same problem here
If your iTunes Connect Application State is Metadata Rejected, we do NOT require a new binary.
To revise the metadata:
Log in to iTunes Connect
Click on “My Apps”
Select your app
Revise the desired metadata values
Click “Save"
Once you’ve completed all changes, click the “Submit for Review” button at the top of the App Details page
Why can't you upload a new build? I have the same problem and the Application Loader allows me to upload a new build. After you upload new build you will be able to choose the build in iTunes Connect for your app. Then you need to submit the app to review again. It looks like that "Waiting for Upload" status is retired at all.
In the same time I think that it's not acceptable to wait about a week again until Apple team makes a new decision about the app. Earlier (before new ITunes Connect redesign) they supported ability to submit only Metadata without uploading new build and new review process took no more than a couple of days for this case.
I hope Apple will fix this limitation shortly.
Note:
Maybe this answer should be a comment but I don't have enough reputation to add comments. Please excuse me.
Follow This stpes
1) Login to itunes and Go to my apps
2) Change your binary and resubmit app

Xcode organizer cannot list the all my apps when i validate the app

I am trying validate my app, however it said my app bundle ID doesnt match with the one that i define in ituneconnect. but i check hundreds and thousands times it is the same!!
the only problem is the xcode only list one of my apps which is not the app that i want to upload. like here . it is not the (not woowtag, i wanna upload equals) name of the app that i want to upload. any hints ?
thanks a lot
Before you can validate your app, it has to be Ready For Upload at iTunes Connect. When you submit your app at iTunes Connect, and you fill out the forms there with all that information, there is a final step that people often forget or don't notice; I have made this mistake myself several times. Until you do that final step, all your information for the app is there but you have not yet pressed the button that says you are ready to upload the binary. After you do that, you'll be able to validate or upload the binary.
For a picture of the button you have to press at iTunes Connect, see this answer: https://stackoverflow.com/a/13368431/341994

iOS application upload after rejection

I forgot provide demo account information login and password, and my application was rejected with message:
.... While your iTunes Connect Application State will still show as
Rejected, we don't require a new binary for this type of issue. Please
visit iTunes Connect, Manage Your Applications, revise the appropriate
metadata values or settings, then click "Submit New Metadata"
I add required information to metadata reviews note. But i have not found "Submit New Metadata". I click "ready upload" button, and now application status "Waiting For Upload"
When i try upload application binary from XCode 3.2.4 i have a errors:
An error occured while processing the http request for the webDAV
upload An exception has occured:401 Unauthorized
Questions how fix this erorr?
And where is "Waiting For Upload" button?
we don't require a new binary for this type of issue
You should not upload new binary. You should just find button "Submit New Metadata" and press it after demo data was entered in Review Notes.
After the weekend I tried again to upload binary and upload was successfull. After 5 minutes the application status has changed to "In review". I used mac os on virtual machine and reboot only vm. Maybe computer(not vm) reboot decided the problem or maybe error was in itunes side.
