I am developing some applications in Windows Mobile 6 on Visual Studio 2008, and I need to show some information in Hebrew, but my emulator doesn't show that language. Instead it shows very strange characters. How do I set Hebrew font in my emulator, so that I will be able to see Hebrew?
I notice the Windows Mobile 6 Localized Emulator Images doesn't include Hebrew so you may need to install your own font to the emulator and then reference that font from your application.

I need to create a delphi app to install and run into a Tablet with Windows 10 - home edition.
If I use Delphi XE8/Win 8.1 and create a Metropolis or VCL app, could I be able to install it into that Tablet and run without problem?
If is not possible, what type of app could I create with Delphi XE8/Win 8.1 to run into a windows 10 tablet - home edition?
For now I didn´t buy the tablet because I don´t know if the app will work.

At this time, Delphi cannot produce true Universal (formerly known as Metro) apps. It can only produce native Win32 apps that look and feel like Universal apps (and can access a few select WinRT APIs that have been made accessible to Win32), but they are not true Universal apps from Windows' perspective.
So, Delphi cannot be used to develop apps that can be deployed through the Windows App store (at least until Microsoft releases its "Project Centennial" bridge, which is essentially just a Universal wrapper for Win32 apps).
That being said, the Windows 10 Mobile OS (for phones and small tablets) cannot (yet) run native Win32 apps, only Universal apps. On tablets with a screen size of 8" or larger, tablet manufacturers may decide to install the full Windows 10 desktop OS instead, in which case native Win32 apps can be run.
You can create an application with delphi (VCL or FMX) that run without problems in a Windows 10. In a desktop computer, in a portatil or a Tablet.
The problem not is the device, is the operating system installed.
You can't develop for Windows 10 Movile, but without problem for Windows 10 Home Edition.
I have developed for a Tablet with Windows 10 with Delphi 7 (and DevExpress for Metro interface). Of course you can do it with Delphi XE8.

I am developing a mobile web page for several mobile OSes. On Android and iOS, it looks fine but on WindowsPhone, the alignment is a mess. On iOS, i can inspect element on the web view using Safari, but I wonder how to do this on Windows Phone. Is there any way to do this? I only have Mac OS 10.8.5 for development. Been searching without result. Thanks.
Inspect Element is not available on Mobile IE.
The recommended way to test your site is via the desktop version of IE as it shares most of its codebase with Mobile IE.
You can use a VM if you are on MacOS (you can find the IE VMs here: http://www.modern.ie/en-us/virtualization-tools)
Windows Phone 7 runs IE9 and Windows Phone 8 runs IE10.
I had done my regional language(telugu) application .it is working in OS 7 (9790) but I need it in OS 6 also all the mechanism is working like parsing ,but not displaying the font(appears like boxes).
plz help me to over come this situation
With the OS6 device, try loading a web page with telugu, to make sure the device is configured properly with fonts. If the web browser is not able to render the telugu text, then you need to look into the device's font configuration.
Say I want to develop applications for BlackBerry, but I only have a phone with Windows Mobile and for whatever reason I cannot switch to BlackBerry or buy a new phone.
Is there any BlackBerry emulator for Windows Mobile that would allow me to run apps on Windows Mobile 6? I have HTC HD2.
P.S. I'm not interested in emulators for any other platform.
There is no Blackberry emulator that you can run on a Windows Mobile device. RIM does provide Blackberry simulators for most of its devices that you can run on a Windows PC in companionship with your development environment, though.
Please tell me how to add Arabic Support in Blackberry OS 4.3 and 4.5, while i am getting Arabic text from DB in UTF-8 format and when i want to show on OS 4.3(8130) or OS 4.5(8830) Simulator it displays "Small Filled Squares" and on OS 5.0(9700) Simulator that supports Arabic, the Arabic Text displays. So kindly give me solution of it, i will be very thankful to you.
The BlackBerry needs to have the arabic fonts package installed to display arabic text. When downloading the simulator from RIMs website, look for one that has arabic fonts included. For real physical devices, you can install those fonts (and input methods) using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, e.g. when installing a new (multilanguage) firmware version. I'd assume that users who want to see arabic fonts already have that installed.
If you want to install your own custom font, read this article: http://docs.blackberry.com/en/developers/deliverables/11958/Load_and_use_a_custom_font_899948_11.jsp
