i have this line of code in my mvc 4 pdfsharp project and i cant seem to figure out how to get the decsription field to display just the text when the pdf is generated. all my other lines display fine an they are all set up the same, it is just this one I cant figure out:

does anyone know what I can add to this line of code to make it display properly. any advice or support would be greatly appeciated. if you need more info please ask. i have been stuck on this forever and cant seem to figure it out.

I was able to use a simple regex and just display plain text and no tags in the pdf report. Here is the code if anyone else has the same problem:

I am generating a PDF from within a custom theme in Wordpress. I'm using TCPDF 6.2.3 (latest stable release, I believe).
I am building this PDF from the same HTML I am using to display on the page. If I embed the full base64 encoded string, it works correctly in the browser, but the image is missing from the PDF.
If I use the "#" method described in the linked post, I get a broken image in the browser (expectedly) but still nothing in the PDF.
All the rest of my HTML markup is rendering in the PDF, images are just not showing.
Is there some other setting or option I need to set in order to get the images to appear in the PDF, and/or can you spot anything I'm doing wrong here? No errors, the images are just not visible in the PDF.
This is how I set the image up:

Well, fortunately, I was able to figure it out on my own. Perhaps this isn't the best forum for seeking help with this library? If anyone can suggest a better place to get help, I'd appreciate the direction.
Ultimately, the issue was two-fold:
The "#" notation is required for the PDf while the approach is what works for displaying the HTML in browser. So a string replace before creating the PDF solves that.
This is the tricky part. The HTML needs to use double-quotes around the properties, not single quotes. My code was using double quotes for the PHP strings, so the HTML properties were surrounded with single quotes and that was the issue. Swapping the two quote types was the last piece of the puzzle to get the images to appear in the PDF.
Hopefully this will help someone else who is pulling their hair out trying to blindly find their way through this library like me.
I have a jaspersoft report (line chart built in studio), and I want the data series in the chart to be hyperlinks that drilldown to open a dashboard.
Based on this wiki page I was able to create Reference hyperlinks so that clicking on any data series in the chart opens the correct dashboard. But I cannot get the Input Control parameters to pass correctly.
The URL when I load my dashboard directly from the repository (not by clicking hyperlinks in my line chart report) is

I know I am naming the input controls correctly because if i change my link type to report execution and link to a simple report using those input controls the proper report opens and the input control values are passed correctly.
I would also appreciate if anyone has other references they can point me to for drilling down TO a dashboard from a report.
I'm working with 6.3 and was able to resolve the issue with a small modification to the HyperlinkReferenceExpression syntax.

I'm assuming you're running 6.4.0. I'm not sure that approach is still valid.

My solution is a bad solution., but it worked for me.
In my Dataset - query I used the following:
Select p.printer_name, p.display_name, $P{start_date_1} as start_date_param, ....
Then, use the start_date_param as a field in the hyperlink.

I am using Html2PDf to convert html to pdf.
But I am not able to achieve that it shows local (latvian) language letters. It shows ? instead.
I do understand that I should somehow add appropriate fonts, but I do not know where to get those fonts (which one support latvinan language) and how to add them into html2pdf.
Html2Pdf is based on tcpdf and currently there is font folder.
I think that is seems trivial question, but I was searching via google, but have not found answer that works for me.

If anyone has managed to get locally uploading images I'd be mightily appreciative of some help.
I've downloaded the latest version of nicEdit along with the nicUpload plug in (from nicedit.com - Version 0.9 r24 released June 7th, 2012).
I've also downloaded nicUpload.php from http://svn.nicedit.com//trunk/nicUpload/php/nicUpload.php
NicUpload.php - I've set NICUPLOAD_PATH and NICUPLOAD_URI both to 'images' which is the subfolder of where nicupload.php and nicEdit.js are located.
NicEdit.js - I've added the following to line 271:-
uploadURI : 'nicUpload.php?id=123',
I've given it an ID otherwise it was failing with an invalid ID code. But the ?id=123 isn't meant to be there. I've also set the iconsPath accordingly.
Line 1370 I've switched this:-
nicURI : 'http://api.imgur.com/2/upload.json',
for this:-
nicURI : 'http://www.mydomain.com/nicedit/nicUpload.php',
But I'm still getting "Failed to upload image". I've searched and searched and searched for answers to this and I'm getting close to having spent two days tinkering with it.
With a few debugging displays I can see that it's failing on line 46 of nicUpload.php where it says:-

$max_upload_size = ini_max_upload_size();
if(!$file) {...
That last IF is true and that's where it exits with the error.

The nicUpload.php script file laying around sucks and I don't even understand how it could work.
NicEditor uses imgur as the default image upload service. The source code follows the API format described here: http://api.imgur.com/resources_anon#upload
My suggestion would be to implement the API request and response defined there.
I did not use the niceedit upload function to do what you want. I managed to add a button to the link and img dropdown menu. The button opens a file manager window where you also can upload. I managed to put then de url of the image or document into the nicedit drop down img or url window. That is how I solved the problem.
